Like James I worked in the city for over 32 years and was a Transaction Manager and administrator for large corporate companies .

I had to prepare Waivers daily for Round Robin approval.

Example even the big boys ask for waivers, my South African was in a syndicate for a large BP loan they always was asking for waivers...lol

I still have my ISA allowance of £20k

Missed the early buy in yesterday at below 210p

Now 227p gutted ..lol

I will sit and wait for now. I know legal and general should be a 300p plus share sitting at such a high yield but don't we all want more shares as cheap as possible ..lol

Yep another £20k going into my ISA next week for me as well

That will give in a 80K of Legal and General shares under ISA wrap

If an offer comes in, Sidara / Board of Directors owe us shareholders big time for our patience , its been a Roller Coaster ride to say the least :-)

I agree , I have invested around £8000 on John Wood shares ( yes it is a punt )

If we see a buy out, we will double Bubble over night or if do we see no no bids, I still see this share sitting around 70p in 12 months .

So in all its a bet in my books short term

So still keeping a 50% of my powder dry here (£7,500 ) for emergency back up

I no one can call this short term

I have learnt over the years, its best to sit back and watch to see where this buy back takes you, as Rome was not build in a day.

I only can go on experience of my days holding Lloyds Shares a couple of years back when they had an Commencement Buy back . share price was around 43p

Just look at the share price today its been in the 70s , that's a massive near 70% increase over 12 / 18 months

Back in the day Loads of poster's at the Lloyd's chat , so called investors seemed unhappy with Buy Backs saying they was a waste of time. blah blah blah

Well I say, time will tell here and lets all sit back and enjoy the ride :-)
