??? The key..."and extend the period in which LCL can convert for an additional 12 months to 31 October 2014." The date didn't make a lot of sense at first but this would enable the company to ask permission to allocate more shares to cover the LCL 37 million share conversion at next years AGM. So the 27 million shares set aside for the LCL conversion this year can now be used towards equity fundraising and/or topping up New Partners allocation ...... :-) If they have @ 113 million shares left to allocate and they do so, they could offer a new partner @ 85 million shares without triggering a takeover. And the other 28 million shares towards capital expenses and I hope not options..... Lower end of Minxcon NPV £107 million with lets say a 3% discount would be worth 27p a SNR share and so forth and so on.....

Singapore for fuel only.......didn't someone just ban low quality thermal recently except for treaty countries?......Ours is a semi-anthracite which is very low in sulphur and phosphates.....:-)

And since David (Conveniently) is no longer a director of Southern Cape Corridor Power (Pty) Limited, they no longer have to report their sells...... Goodbye I say....

We are very small in the scheme of things. A lot more going on in the background I'm sure. I shall be waiting a little longer and hope the company will improve on its communication with the other shareholders outside the Umbrella.
