I find it immoral and distasteful that Shore Capital should be talking down SNR when they are one of the companys Market Makers. Are they trying to help a sell off that could be capitalised on good news?

Something that I didn't spot and wasn't in the newspaper article.... "The Board of SNR note that some of the creditors submitting the liquidation notice have claimed (in an attachment to the liquidation notice) to have the funds available to acquire Elitheni or invest in the company." Or invest in the company?????

Looks like desperation to try to stop a plan from being hatched.... "it was urgent that Eletheni Coal be provisionally wound up as the Department of Mineral Resources had informed him the company was in the process of transferring the mineral right"

If true..... Was the Dept. of Mineral Resources in the middle of transferring the mining rights (newspaper article) because they were being taken away by them or because Elitheni was having them transferred?

Have just been informed that the bid covering the debt offered to the high court does NOT include shareholder loans. So i would place the value of the SNR SP @ 7 1/2 p if they took over and after LCL is paid off.
