Maybe Thelo/IDC? They need to raise the BEE holdings of Elitheni to 40% or above to do business with the SA Gov. and its entities (IPP).......

Hope they resolved Thelo..... I wonder how much more of Elitheni will go into another investor or/and BEE hands? This I would think will be the strategic investor if it goes that far. and Wait until after the general meeting on the 30th when they start placing those other shares in SNR. "If the Resolutions were passed the Directors would have the authority to allot a further 100,000,000 SNR Shares representing 36.8 per cent. of the issued share capital, assuming the Conversion Right has been exercised in full and the 51,000,000 SNR Shares the Company has committed to allot to investors and creditors have been allotted in full." 50 million of them will be for the conversion of the LCL interest and the other 50 million for cash...... Just enough to pay all of the directors backpay at both ends.

That's right the IDC require a feasability study to make a decision on the grants. Owe Minxcon money as well I believe.

I wonder if the company ever paid Minxcon for an updated feasability study to go along with the application for a grant from the IDC?
