Abkaz.. I didn’t buy in the placing either. But you can do so if you want to. You just sign up with the broker and tell them in advance that if there a placing coming, you want to be part of it. (unless it’s for selected investors). I let a few brokers I had go as it became clear that the placing price may not always mean the best price. Many Co’s who place now find the SP goes down to that placing price or under! It’s s game eh?!

Should be saturated with facts, nothing else. Smaller companies, especially on AIM seem to abuse them and use them as guides.. If Mayans RNS rings true, then production should be well underway and figs. should be announced byvsay the end of this month, latest..

Sales have commenced today. No fig. on how much they are actually producing per day.. Am I missing something here?

Re RNS today.. Petroteq have at long last Sold 500 barrels. However, they are very vague as to what’s in the storage tanks? Seem to have commenced / started today, so... we are looking at them producing 500, not 700. Nevertheless, a very good start, albeit been delayed.. “Petroteq is reporting that, on March 18, 2019, oil production sales have commenced at the Asphalt Ridge facility. Two loads of 250 barrels of oil having an API gravity of 17 were sold, with additional oil remaining in crude oil storage tanks located at Petroteq's processing facility on our Asphalt Ridge lease in Utah.” Let’s hope this isn’t a one off production day and more follows... RNS could have shown more clarity though.

Lol.. yup.. I may agree with your view on CW, and perhaps there may be an announcement coming on his position. In that regard, we will have to wait and see. It may be CW RNSng, typing up the words, but it’s a well respected operator doing the work. That’s the key here. The only way production won’t happen is if CW was telling porkies.. and if that was so, the Nomad and FCA will be all over him. I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt. He knows he’s on a sticky wicket and needs to this production to come through.. Soon know..

yn1000 Does your handle YN stand for yawn? and the 1000 stands for 1000 repetitive posts re CW? :-) It’s the 18th today and those W/o’s should only take around 21 days.. So not too long now for us to find out. Perhaps CW will be eating a pizza whilst watching the SP bag up?!

This is a fantastic RNS.. and probably only the 1st of DS diversification moves on the company. Again, the name change may only be that, but proves up’ changes going on at WDC.. imo, anyone who doesn’t see this as a strong buy now is deluded.. imo

Where there’s a seller, there’s always a buyer. As long as the SP holds up then there’s not too much to be concerned about here. The number of shares in issue become irrelevant as they have been turned over. DS must now be close to announcing his plans. Company is now truly funded.. Exciting times ahead for sure..

Few posters are questioning if a raise needs to be carried out.. Last raise was done on 29th January, only 45 days ago, so very unlikely a raise will be required at this time.. Imo....

Are 2 weeks overdue announcing their 700 bopd. We should hear from them any day now. Must be good a reason for delay..

Assuming we take the past few RNSs as read, Mayan soon will be re starting newsflow. I say the word ‘assuming’ as I for one have lost all confidence in CW., As far as I am concerned, he has lost all credibility. Nevertheless, Mayan have some good assets and thankfully still hold onto PQE shares.. All is defo not lost here.. As poster EGBT says, “a conservative budget and an independent professional operator with proven track record of success working to their own timescales” Very true..

I take it the Nomad would have had to check this information was correct pre RNS? RNS 28/2.. “Mayan's new contract operator, Attis Operating I Inc. ("Attis"), has begun preparations over the past week with the rig scheduled on site on Friday, 1 March 2019 to commence work-overs on the Morris #1 and Montsanko wells. The work-over program, fluid testing, and new pump installation at Montsanko is expected to take approximately 21 days”. I’m a fed up with hot air RNSs. I don’t mind a slight delay on any production, but I do hope they have actually started work at beginning of March.. I don’t like the words ‘preparation’ or ‘scheduled’ ... ‘confirmed’ sounds better!

Those large sells could have been contractors,..or someone finally had enough here and moved on. yn1000, I’m not a fan of CW, but he’s in charge atm. Perhaps that may change soon? Let’s wait and see! I think once we get some news out then we will all relax a bit... A little bit anyway!

What we’ve got to remember here is Mayan could have gone into administration if the last placing hadn’t been done. The Company is truly at rock bottom.. On the plus side, the Company is now funded and although they have ended all employees contracts, we, Mayan that is, has brought in professional operators and to start with, bring back into production these first two wells. That aside, the Company is not only in a stronger financial position, but have new team members onboard with exceptional experience. As they say, buy low>> sell high... We’re all just waiting on the opportunity to do so!

Lastly, just noticed Derrick Oilfield Services has to hand back 11.1 m shares and once done so these have to be cancelled. A RNS on this should be forthcoming..

Although been mentioned by other recent poster,. going by the RNS 28/2, the first w/o’vers Morris #1 and Montsanko wells should come through on production first. Still got some work to do on these, but just a fluid test & a new pump. Hopefully we will hear within the next 10 days. Going back a bit to the RNS 29/1 You can see some directors participated in the placing to the value of £70k, plus took shares to the value of £96,640. A cynic would say once the SP bags up just once,. makes me feel they have been paid double! Nevertheless, better to keep cash aside for ongoing running costs..

You would think so wouldn’t you. Any positives from PQE will be a bonus imo. I still think MYN will have production this month. Just topped up again 1.2m..

I think we all have to wait,. no choice in my part. May just be me, but I feel the BoD have a laid back attitude where timescales and progress is concerned. The BoD are defo not aligned with shareholders at the moment. I am going on the assumption the BoD want this company to succeed, albeit just in words from them atm. I think it’s last chance saloon for us here this month. By end of March we really need to have some production.. Also fed up hearing about Petroteq and 700 bopd figs. However, who knows, production for us and PQE news may come along together.. Live in hope!

Would also be good if the Company also now followed this up with some positive updates? Must be due..
