Large buys reported late yesterday. There was one for over £350k. This was way undervalued, so hardly surprising it's back in a more reasonable price zone. Bitcoin bull flagging nicely - SWC @ 65p will look cheap if & when we get a run back to highs - and SWC will be generating cash on the up from ATM.

Yesterday was peak 'fear day' for this stock imo.

mNAV 0.83 which includes those pesky warrants - worth noting a considerable amount of warrants will not be sold for some time too.

Soooo much talk of BTC collapsing usually means it's a rug pull in preparation for another leg higher. We'll know by next Monday.

The reality is we don't know how high this will go when it finally turns - could easily hit £2 again with the right developments. CUrently with a backdrop of Bitcoin looking very bullish for a further push, downside is relatively limited with NAV per share currently 84p and climbing with bitcoin. Yes I'm aware of warrants exercisable in 7 months. £1.50 will still be under 2x mNAV, and that's easily achievable once the wind starts blowing on positive developments.

These warrants are merely options to buy at £1.50. If they're not bought there's no dilution. If they're bought there's another potential £14m+ to be raised at £1.50 - a decent premium to current NAV per share. Yes, it'll be a minor headwind once SWC approaches £2, but it's a good boost to NAV at a premium.

The price they can exercise warrants is £1.50, generating further capital and more accretive as nearer 2x mNAV

Looks like we just witnessed price capitulation on the back test of break out. Want a close above 117p. ATM then likely back in action from tomorrow imo.

The shares can only be subscribed to above the previous days close price. All the while the price is above 1x mNAV this is accretive to value to shareholders. More BTC buying incoming.
