That link i put up is the wrong page for investments. their investments are logged in RNS's. is anyone available to collate the info so we know roughly how much invested is available? Would appreciate the help.

I've spent pretty much all day on thi. Would someone mind totalling up the investments TEA currently hold and putting the current SPs of them all in a spreadsheet and sending to teaholders@outlook.com? They're current open investments are at http://www.teathers.com/transactions/ The investments can be sold and i bet it more than covers the 1.45m MCAP so we should be able to get our money out if we can veto the current plan to go private with our money.

Well there's no way of verifiyng anyone hiding behind usenames and I appreciate many will be edgy about giving a tel no or even email. I must add though that i was hesistant about joining a whatsapp group for PMO holders a few months ago but we actually become friends. I can't vouch for Okenia or anyone for that matter. There are a number of options available to us moving forward. I think at this stage it would be good to form a private group?

Is anyone well informed in the steps we can take? I believe if we can form 50% of the shareholding we can remove the director and assume we can block what they plan to do. I get the impression they've been keeping us hanging on for 4 months to reduce the time we can act.
