dust settling, i think buyers will come in. Might take a couple of days as aim999 suggests. To me 150 seems a fair assessment of where it should have fallen to on the news.125 is too low. All imo of course.

First target 150. Don't think it's going to stay at 125 for long.

It was threatening to on L2. Agree, conquer 126 and it should build momentum. They say don't catch falling knives, but i think there's falling £££s to catch here.

drop looks overdone to me. Has happened before and rebounded quick once interest returned.

Quite surprised this is still so cheap. Still on track to meet it's projected profits of £3m despite the cancelling of the MofJ contract, giving it a P/E of just 9.

Utter rubbish Rylidian. Your plan is to let them take our money off AIM? I for one are not an ex-employee. Like so many who have contacted the shareholder group, I am simply an investor very angry that I was lured into investing more into this company off the back of the app appearing to take off and the positive statements coming from Jason Drummond just before suspension. I'm also annoyed at the horrendous communication and long periods we've been kept in the dark. There's been no explanation as to why work on the app has completely ceased. Surely it should have continued regardless of shares being suspended? No word on why they couldn't meet the investment policy of AIM or when they were aware of this. It certainly seems like Drummond has been distancing himself from TEA these past 4 months and the current option to just let our money slide away into an illiquid position with us losing rights is not acceptable. The shareholder group holds 28% of the shares and we are currently getting advice on challenging the board. We will wait no longer, trust has gone.

Waiting until delisting for an RTO is not an option. they have had months to try and sort something and communication has been poor. What happened to the white label deal tweeted about by Oli? What happened to the update promised in Feb? Just before suspension they were out in force promoting the stock on proactive investor etc. Did they not know they were in breach of AIM rules? Why can they not satisfy the rules? Why has the app been left to rot for months with no updating? We want answers.

Yes, that's an option. Transparency here has been very poor. We want what is best for shareholders. Jason Drummond appears to have stepped well back from Teathers these past few months leaving Oliver to keep shareholders at bay via Twitter. Why did work on the app stop? Why should we accept it going private and some £1m investor comes in diluting us to buggary? That is not how you run a company.

...then we have ourselves a stand to make some noise. Thats great Xcanarus, hopefully we can form a small group of attendees.

Thank you for all the emails. We're in touch with over 60 shareholders, holding over 23% of shares. Not bad for day one. Just some thoughts before I call it a day. As you may have read earlier, Teathers booked a stand at UK investor show on 30th April. I spoke with Tom Winnifrith earlier who kindly suggested that if Teathers aren't there to answer Shareholder questions, then the action group could have the stand! This is a great opportunity to be represented and get heard.
