so far we total 4.2m shares = 6% of company. There must be 95% held by PI's if not more as these fraudsters prob sold out. We should not let them walk away. It's quite obvious now that they just kept us waiting, Oli feeding us unofficial hope on twitter in the meantime. they've squandered our money....done nothing with the app in months - what have they been doing to earn their wages? How can we collate facts and work as a team, I've no experience in this and not a lot of free time but prepared to do my bit.

Thanks for info Beer, my fear is there's nothing left to save as they've probably taken all remaining money as wages. Although they still have those dreadful investments as there's been no announcements about selling. May i also ask if you've had a run in with Drummond before that motivated you to be on this board for so long?

Can we take action before 4th June against the BOD? Anyone with any experience on here? How many shares do we have between us? I hold 157,771

Once the placing shares land tomorrow, the no of shares increases by a factor of 3.65. So MCAP is £29m. Placing price of 10p values it at £17m. Any ideas what their assets are actually worth? I hear they are key valuers in the market which is the problem! But if they're not selling, they're not worth the asking price.

thanks for the further explanation SGD27, that all makes sense. I agree with CarpeDiem1 that an MCAP of £30m when this all washes out is excessive bearing in mind the companies troubles. At placing price of 10p, the MCAP will be around £17m. It's interesting that there are ii's buying atm when the future looks pretty bleak. The placing being at such a discount doesn't instill confidence though, it's massive dilution to poor long term holders, who unlike the BOD, didn't sell at 300-odd!! the company stinks, and needs new management imo.

So you think the MCAP should be 39m atm SGD27? Seems a bit generous to me in light of the fund raise being at such a discount.

Add in the all the placing shares (assuming open offer fully taken up) and an SP of 20p equates to a market cap of £34m.

Making it's move. The chart is an absolute beauty. All recent resistance cleared, Gap up to over 750, 50dma crossed 200dma (20 crossed 50 too), RSI & MACD bullish. Add in the good results and Divi!

Although they warned that, I don't think it's going to be a huge shortfall, if any at all bearing in mind the recent market volatility. If profits are close to last years, then it's bode's very well for further growth next year as this past 12 months was hindered by the regulation incident.

coming 17th. Still confident we'll be at 500 before update. 460 has been sticky, but looks like it's about to be beaten.

If results strong then a pass of 500 on the cards. Then it's anyone's guess as there's that massive gap up to 750!

technically this is setup perfectly. The 50 MDA has just crossed through the 200 MDA, +ve MACD, and RSI is in bullish territory. Add the fact there's 2 weeks to go until results and i see this building to circa 500 over that period.
