Fyoz the deal did colapse! It was allways going to callapse thats why prince Mohammad arrested a couple of hundred billionaires and held them in a hotel till they came round to his way of thinking , the only thing the saudis know is the word commission . But still, looking forward the good thing is the bod have cut them in for a slice if it goes ahead, , along with other avenues the same way, i also find it very interesting stand off power generation in china along there river system , these multiple avenues lead to large volumes of msar being used over time ,we just need some cashflow being generated now tomake this a proper multi faceted company
Fyoz were you previously a member of the other board (brians board) where the merest hint of criticism would get you banished. So far i have posted a few times this year and was told by preph my chemistry was wrong , so i politely had to put him right, so many people post on here what they think and not what they know in the past i warned people of what it was like trying to deal with saudi and then the deal collapsed

Preparation h i know you have held shares for a considerable time but i dont ever remember you being paranoid about people trying to short these shares, i was just trying to jog the long term holders memories about the very well written updates that actually said nothing that happened in the past. FYOZ as a longterm holder 5 years + and after reading many agm reports and updates i came to the conclusion it's not whats said thats important , it's whats not said thats most important, in the early days days we all got carried away thinking it's a no brainer, Still haven't found out who this secret oil major is, but thats an old chessnut now,never thought that would be wheeled out again, many other inconsistencies i could tell you about, but still 5years ago when i spent more time reading these boards i never noticed FYOZ as a prominent poster so i take it you must be new to qfi and still believe the bull****
FYOZ no i didn't listen to the call but i do reiterate an MOA is only there to placate shareholders , its an agreement not a contract
FYOZ i certainly hope I'm being paranoid, but the QFI team must be thinly spread and all of a sudden KSA pops up, That part of the world is noted for its corruption, and indecisiveness MOU s mean nothing and are only there to placate shareholders , but we all live in hope, when they sign a proper contract that they cant get out of we realy will be on our way

Preparation h an explanation is available on google or wikipedia , but generaly when you burn a hydrocarbon in a compression ignition engine you use roughly 14 × more O2 . Its a chemiical reaction and you get energy water and CO2
Sorry you missinterprated what i said so i will go through it again, roughly if you burn a gallon of hfo through a compression ignition engine a by product of that is roughly 1 gollon of water , so a previous posters concerns about water in msar are answered . Secondly yes what you get in the exhaust gas of high sulfur hfo is sulfer dioxide if you allow this gas to escape it will mix with rain, cloud ,moisture, in the atmosphere and produce dilute sufuric acid, but in a scrubber it is sprayed with seawater which is alkaline which neutralises it . Ihope this enlightens you somewhat i tried to keep it simple for obvious reasons
Water is not a problem with scrubbers, the water will still be exhausted to the air, as the hfo is a hydrocarbon the combustion burning of it produces an equal amount of water. What is scrubbed from the combustion is h2s04 sulfuric acid . Which is increasing the alkalinity of our seas and destroying our reefs . Many years ago if you lived near a coal fired power station ,if it rained people would take there washing in as the rain would burn there cloth

Methinks you're winding me up,these business men supposedly well respected in there field with many many years of experience and expertise got turned over big time, and in doing so cost many investors a whole heap of cash they thought it was a dead cert no brainer and they could freewheel into a whole heap of cash .still circumstances change and i hope for mine and there sake we have got a get out of jail card, because it allmost looks like if they dont make an allmighty ****up we may get somewhere
msar is a new fuel that has never passed lono due to the incompetance of qfi in not tying in maersk into a proper deal mgo low sulfer has been used around the coasts of america and europe for the past two years, its basicly the same stuff we use in our cars
I used to beieve qfi presentations, then i stopped taking the drugs and it all became clear. Not sure quite how long it takes to install msar but its not as simple as you think hfo is like soft tar and msar as far as i know is a little bit thicker than car diesel, so heaters and injectors and so on have to be modified. Also there was a perceived problem with a slow uptake in speed (rev up) hopefully it doesn't matter as i believe most cruise ships are diesel electric (constant speed diesels) . I now read qfi updates at least four times so i really understand the underlying message. It's what they dont say that's really important
FOXM you may be right , but to my knowledge masr has never been certificated for four stroke engines, in the early days MAN did on shore testing and then stopped . And its not up to maersk to give a letter of no objection, Wartzilla supplies the lono, which keeps the garantee intact, if maersk wants to run msar and lose there garantee thats up to them. Personally i would advise them to use msar as a safer bet than mgo because of a possible finings problem with mgo and high wear rate . Can anyone else shed any light on this
Have been holding a long time now since the heady days of 40p+ allmost wrote this one off not sure on the figures but 450 million tons of hfo are going spare after 2020 many thousand scrubbers will take time to fit if some go this route , so what are they going to do with it (bury it ) back in the ground or sell it incredibly cheaply. Msar is sold on the premise that it is more efficient (how much?) That it is cleaner (how much?) Imho the route forward is power generation but not with ksa as it seems they had already been got at and with there history of corruption they would kick the can down the road forever. Another point is crude now around 60 $ a barrel will it stay that way forever, probably not, all interest was lost in msar when it was 25$ a barrel . Hopefully we wont see that again. Marine is really a non starter as qfi would have to go through all the testing again,unless they did a proper deal with maersk this time
Looking at a recent rns it mentioned lng power plant . The last few years i was under the impression that they were going to tigh into the national grid for power have i been dozing again or has mm forgot to tell us
Mollyhill has been around for donkeys years nothing ever happens, oh sorry many placings,check out the sp in july 2016 after many years of gradual decline and promises that somehow never came off , they had to do a 25to1 to bring it up to 2 1/2p so it could all start again. I lost half before i wised up and cashed in if i had stayed it would have been 95%down a warning from history. There is no substance to this company what have they got , a mine thats within two years of producing and making any money? NÒ
