To do your own research, one needs to have complete confidence in the sources of information. You may fine it more profitable to follow the money. Although those who make large investments may be using other peoples' money, they understand the markets and may have more information.
Have there been any previous occasions when RNSs were published on a Monday? It would seem to me that if ready for publication, they could better have been published on the Friday evening.
I look for them on Monday mornings but think that I'm wasting my time.
Ten years ago Mr. Bananaman, AFC was going to make us millions and I was happy to sit on an investment at about 14p whilst the price was in the twenties. I eventually sold out at about 11p. before the big dip.
Well bought Mr.Spanner; I sold most of my EQT to top up VAL, and did the same. for short term, with PHE.

After much bewilderment, over very many years, it has occurred that selling, under the present circumstances, may be by those who have bought on credit. I think it is known as T12, or the like, which HL perhaps fortunately does not offer. Against this is the thought that punters who have realised a profit, would borrow again in the hope of repeating their good fortune. The dip from todays highs indicated that not all of them have sufficient confidence in the fireworks which most of us expect.

Our thanks are due to those sellers who make the little dips available to those who still have any funds to invest. I have switched from other investments to increase my holding in VAL as I think it will be first to react to news, which for this one is only days, or weeks away.
I had a look at DDDD but expect VAL to better that performance that, for many, has has "only" doubled in price.
