Let’s not have petty debates of who’s invested or not . We are where we are , all the information anybody can find will be gratefully received , this can be a stressful time for many. Until we know the deal is on or off there is nothing we can do . A statement from the company given some sort of information would be helpful. Does anybody know if the CTAG investors have officially lost there money, or is it still being shown on their trading account?

As i have mentioned previously, This happened to me in ALO (which is has now relisted as CRA) . My holdings stayed on record in my share account throughout . A phone call to your broker might be nessecary if your worried , but i did get notifications from them periodically. Each process is different . I didn't feel the RNS sounded despondent , but they are only words, patience is all we have now .

We also will go through an IPO . which can take quite a while , so back to the bottom draw unfortunately GLA

Can anyone tell me ,,, If there is a deal this week , can it be RNS announced and its back trading straight away or do they need to file papers to the stock exchange and a commencement date for trading to be set?

The website has not been updated adequately ,nothing since agm in September. more importantly no mention of La Luna. The very thing we are proposed to be investing in. Amateurs or crooks, make your own mind up. Sorry this must be getting to me. I'll go and have a lay down and take a tablet .

There is nothing we can do , sadly there is no morality on the AIM . It’s no way to treat the very people who got the company to this stage . However much each individual puts in . It’s all risk . I except we can all lose our money but keeping us informed along the way , especially in suspension when no trading to done is not nice .. if this is how they treat their shareholders, then if it comes back onto the market, why should we hold !

This morning I emailed Peterhouse. Sadly no reply yet . More worrying if you look at their website, on existing clients RHL is not on the list . It might be site hasn’t been updated to a while , but I would have been more reassured if our company was on it . Slightly worried now. Can they just do a runner ? Surely the London stock exchange must have some ruling . I’m not experienced in this sort of thing ,

I had a stock in suspension for over a year with a RTO. As it was still a going concern it stayed in my PF and only in the last month has it come back onto the market (consolidated & in a different name ) but it was very hard to get any info in that time. I got about a quarter of my money back , but that's because I don't want to wait or trust them. It was'nt a lot of money . A call to your broker maybe the best advice if it goes over the 6 moths and is delisted. HOPE NOT . VGLA

The six month period runs out on the 18th feb by my calculation, so we should find out within the next few weeks if we are going to readmit. I have another share that has been in suspension for over a year and although its name has changed and it still operating , it has not readmitted to the market . The share is still on my PF account . Whether i get my money back is anybodies guess. Still hopeful with RLH thou , At least the directors have some stake in this also.

I cannot see trading this side of new year now . Only 4 weeks to christmas and if you take into account of RNS of deal, signing of documents and notice to stock exchange for readmission (I read somewhere that can take up to 2weeks ) that leaves us on the cusp of New Year where markets are quiet. IMO waiting to the market gets back into full swing might be more beneficial . As long as the deal goes through.

On Doc holiday's podcast yesterday , i think he stated Red Leopard was buying into two companies , I'm out of the country at the mo , and my reception was dodgy , Can anyone tell me if this was correct ?

I think shell period ends at the end of August. But hopefully things will be signed shortly GLA

Readings Ismailia 's post about existing holders being able to subscribe to a fund raise prior to relisting, Can anyone tell me how its done? Do you get invited / or need to contact your broker ? I only have a very small holding as i sold most as we were going down , so except this will be fully funded . I haven't had a stock in suspension before so bit wet behind the ears on this sort of thing.

HL have rounded it up to 28 , so it should be a buy, shouldn't it ?. Either way the SP hasn't moved . How can that be ?

I have a small amount in this , lost track of whats happening as i got fed up of all the bickering on the board . Just interested if anyone had an idea when ALO could begin trading again ?
