Throughout this period of excess buying and selling there has been a number of unusual trades of very low amounts . some less than £10 in value ,all with the unknown tag . Can anyone explain , seems so strange to me as it would cost them more to the broker?

So you are actually saying Dave Wall might have left the company , Then surely the stock market would have to have been informed ?

Ok Phrontist , I got my percentage incorrect as I only saw it quickly as I was flicking through the BB's. Still ,it would be a large sum of money. Do you think that by merging it benefits DW more than shareholders ?

I feel that this take over is to facilitate Dave Wall's 14% holding in XCD. If he under it will be diluted with merging with 88e and we the investors help with the costs.

If Sloane have bought La Luna ,wasn't we part of that deal? Am I missing something ?

After another confidence draining day . On top of all the dilutions ,false hopes etc , what do folks think of the future.? How much does everyone think its worth as a total buyout?

Directors still active at companies house. Although I have wrote this off many moons ago ...sadly.

What a dreadful way to treat investors..... As we are not trading the directors have no reason not to keep the very people who have given them the chance to even try for this take over. Utter disgraceful .But AIM is littered with sob stories like this . I cannot blame anybody shorting , there is no honesty..!!!!!!

I was at the presentation on Friday, and personally before PB's sad passing I had the impression that we derisked the HRZ and if the flow rates had been successful the company would have been sold. However that didn't happened we are where we are . DW came 9000 miles just to talk to PI's ? What was his real reason for travelling so far? There wasn't ,if any city boys there as I could see .

To me the report says basically that the deal is out of RLH control and if it aint done soon nobody will loan 250=500k to keep lights on . They are letting us down gently , Very grim !!!!

Now that the election is out of the way , lets hope this deal can conclude shortly . God i need some luck . bloodbath on other shares . LOL

The conservative right wing DUQUE got 39% in first round , to Petro 25% . So that should be a good omen if this is a serious decision for RLH . Ace do you think this has a bearing on the deal and why ?

fsa15, I think you should call HSBC and see if they can shed any light why this has occurred. My view is that we are now holders of worthless shares ,sadly. This could be a sting by the company to approach all small holders and offer to buy them back at a cheap price and then IPO. As it stands stock market rules don't apply anymore.Without a broker they are in a lot better position . Its bullying , I know ,but I've heard of it done. A call to the company might even be better a front them out , that way at least we know. If this is what happening I'm gutted.

FSA15 , I have been searching around and found and article in Share Magazine from 10th december 2015, relating to delisted share certificates. Now , I've no NO experiance of reading such articles . Please read this if you can as my view after reading didn't look very promising . My broker is HL and will watch closely for any movement . Anybody who knows anything about this situation ,please enlighten us . Thanks

Zwartkops , WHAT information do you have to say this deal’s dead ???? No body knows at this stage . Don’t blame Abman , he didn’t force you to invest .and is probably in the same situation as the rest of us . So if there is actual information from the company, then by all means share it , but please don’t scare monger. I’m stressed enough
