Bamp,I was certainly not suggesting we are 27m Oz,just staying telfer size and the strong NM language stating renewal of their asset portfolio,so I was inferring that these 20moz predictions are not crazy crazy stuff in that context,

I’ve tried to balance that out with my other post about the largest find in the last decade in China being 16.2m Oz showing that whilst possible! HAV would truly need to be an almost once in a lifetime find to get close to those figures!

I think the considered investor at the moment is going for 7-12moz as a likely and very possible outcome,the 20moz is the stuff of dreams and would require a mre in 2021 not 2020,why you ask,because they would still have not found the edge ,lol,well we can all hope. Just didn’t want people to say I think it’s 27moz,cos that’s crazy.but possible. DYOR

I was looking for an apples vs apples comparison to support the takeover or MrE argument. As I don’t think there is one.

Ok, so to move this from pure ramping and our own opinions on the matter (both of which could be right) would any of you mind giving me a blow by blow as to how this takeover would occur immanently as you all suggest!why,
because I’d love to be proved wrong aswell as the fact that I am not a hugely experienced investor so I am not aware of all the rules and requirements needed for this to take place. But my common sense suggests it’s very much a remote, if not an impossible ,possibility !

So it would appear to me a good place to start is to find another junior explorer with a JV with a major(even better if that major is NC but any will do) and give an example of them or their licence being bought out during the JV,hell it doesn’t even have to be when they own nothing of that licence like NC at the moment,even one where a % has already been earnt do to spend will do,my point being in the middle/start of a Jv.
It’s a genuine question,if one exists I’d like to know the following:

How much was paid and what were the terms of the deal,how did they work this out without an MRE and with a **** Ton of drilling still to go,and reseouce still open?

How did the industry react to this hostile takeover and breach of the JV contract by a major party to that contract with inside information(which is illegal I’m relatively certain)Reputational risk(which believe it or not matters a lot to corporates like NC)
Mickey,def not a attack on you this BTW,you are our most positive LTH and I admire your enthusiasm,the day you sell up I’ll be worried! BUT...

I’m really looking to further my research and I can’t find any examples of a takeover under our current circumstances! I’m pretty sure even you can see some of the issues I have but potentially you can answer some for me and I’ll be happy to pivot to your viewpoint if balanced and accurate.

So I guess my question is,has there been a take out of a junior under JV previously?if you find one,I’ll do the research from there and report back.

For now I’m sticking with no takeout until our 5% fair value is known,not one single day before then. AND by then,I sure am hoping some of the wild predictions could come to fruition. IMVHO

The above statement along side the (shouting from the rooftops pinned tweet) strikes me as a huuuuge statement. The word renewal to me is significant! Would you agree? When you renew something,you infer you RENEW it,you don’t add to it,you don’t partially help it,they didn’t say assist with extending our mine life,they didn’t say could underpin our assets in the Patterson, THEY NC,said it will renew our asset portfolio! That’s a huge statement and to my mind inference that we just may have a deposit equal to or even bigger than the asset they are reneweing/replacing? Now which asset was that again! Yup, TELFER,and what’s it a mineral endowment that NC are saying HAV with RENEW?

Yup, 27Million ounces folks, HAV will renew,replace a 27moz asset.

Now would you use that language if it were 3 or 5,or even 10moz.i think that coupled with the (new Era) tweet,and if we are working in joining dots and coming up with our on conclusions,then for me this statement is highly encouraging ! Thoughts?

As much as I love a conspiracy theory and some blatant ramping,I do prefer it to be based in fact! Everyone going in about GH saying 2020 is a transformational year,I’m sure I’ve just missed it,but can someone point me to that interview?i can’t find him say that about 2020 once,only that 2019 WAS a transformational year for GGP,not that it really matters but a bit of fact checking maybe.

P.s.mickey,and all the rest.stop with your buy out rubbish! The 1p comparison already took into account our share in the workings Joe, so we dont then take it down by 30% at the end as this was already done. I will kep trying to find the calculation so it makes a bit more sense, cant remember who posted it. besides it is very rough so I wouldnt pay much attention to it.

Also I would sell out now if a 20moz find equated to 6p on our SP hahahaha

Ideally the correct caculation would work out the value of 20moz in the ground to NC including costs at telfer and todays gold price, then taking off % for capex and opex etc and then in the end times this value by our 30% and equate that back to our Mcap, sadly my maths and the various assumptions to get to the above, mean its a useless calc for me :)

My “advice” just keep reading all the rns and official statements and follow paddy, ignore pretty much everything else, set your exit strategy but dont be afriad to revise it like i have if better results or larger scale emerge. My personal hope is for 10p by the end of the year when I hope to topslice and have maybe as free ride, but that all depends on the info from now until then, thats based on info today. 10p sounds crazy I know, but if any share on AIM has not only that potential but a high chance of that success, its GGP IMVHO

Based on what calculation Joe, I think you are misundertanding me. the 1p per 1moz is for OUR share, not the 100%

Agreed Paddy, I wish I was more mathematically inclined and could work out what our grades actually do to their costs @ telfeer and to production at telfer, prob to early to do I guess.

Like you I am hoping that we just sell the 5% and continue doing what we do best whist raking in our 25% revenue (with costs associated ofcourse) personally feel thats why Numis are in the background, there incase we need to raise the capital to fund our 25% share of mine build and costs so that we can keep it, NOT sell it. but I am sure many here would disagree, but just imagine the exploration we could do with that revenue, using our tried and tested methods!eitherway both scenarios end up with our SP significantly north from here. Prob to much to ask for a divi in 5 to ten years, but that really would be the holy grail :) GLA DYOR
