IM trying to o manage my own expectations Jerry and I agree with you, but I cant face that reality just yet, its too dam exciting and would be totally life changing. By lowering my expectations, I’m hoping to continue to be pleasantly ,,,,ok not surprised, but updated. Lol.

I guess the other side to this coin if we are thinking 20-30moz is actually understanding what that means in a global context, how dam rare that is, how dam huge that is for us and our surrounding licences. The mind boggles and I guess I am still sat here asking myself, is this too good to be true, is this really happening.

I think I sleep better upgrading the already incorrect 5.5 to 7 rather than take their full leap, I wouldn’t sleep for weeks. Haha haha

Agreed prospector, hell even half that would blow the doors off as an MRE,, I am hopping for 7-10moz. I was just enquiring /commenting that from memory only Alastair Clayton has mentioned that figure of 20moz ,it would be enouraging to hear that from a broker or more official source and not from someone so heavily invested. But I think we are all dreaming of a resource that size or more for end game here.

I feel the same Panama, were prob both reading into it too much, BUT, if we are not, then the reasons fro any delay frankly in my mind can only be positive,so I’m not too bothered by it, its great if we drill soon as planned, its great if for some reason between us and NC we have decided to stall as to my mind it can only be a positive reason. Keify is just Alastair Clayton banging the drum,huge vested interest in both Prim and now CEO to this company. He is a geologist and from memory did his thesis on telfer,so that’s encouraging,but sadly I wouldn’t put to much weight behind his 20moz statement since he stands to benefit so much,I guess you could look on the other side and if it come out at 5m will he have lost credibility? To date,and correct me if I am wrong,the only official mention of 20moz has come from this man,no where’s else(other than this bb)

If it’s 20moz we are in dreamland, but personally I take any comment by him with a pinch of salt as he is just another investor with an large interest in two companies in the region. But by god I do hope he is right

Happyscot, I think the mining mavern article and included calc shas been the one generally used, perhaps as it was paid for by GGP then we can assume they agree with the calculation approach, sorry dont have a link

Ye mickey, spot on, and most do forget about the copper and the gold equivelent it increased us too, if my memory serves, his comments were that if you exclude the gold totally and just look at the copper in many of our holes they would be a huge discovery on their own and other explorers would be shouting about those numbers,, well something along thaose lines anyway, but as you say, DONT FORGET THE COPPER, it does wonders to our gold equivalent grades

A few trades at 2.3 from yesterday have no popped up, including a minus one, really dont know how this can take place in this day and age,, anyone know what a minus trade is?

Painful mate, please say you weren't in SXX like me too?? I got so lucky there, was nearly(nearly but not quite) as confident there (sxx)as I am with GGP, but needed my 3 year investment out to pay for deposit, sold at 35p for that, only to watch my daughters ISA dissappear as well as my friends holdings there. GGP has been all of our saviours to date, but I do keep them both as a reminder that nothing is nailed on nor a dead cert in investing. But the fundamentals of both were entirely different as is the commodity and things cant really look much better for gold now or in the near to medium term I feel. Mate in all seriousness, I hope you manage to claw something back there or that your investment in GGP allows you to leave em in the bottom draw without worry as they could be there some time. nothing new there TomE, we've never had more than a year cash run away as far as I am aware. pointless article really, we know we arnt revenue generating, but I am pretty sure were about to own 30% of a stonking asset on balance sheet, and that will be reflective in SP, revenue generating or burning cash aside. People moan about the warrants but they have the potential to continue to bring in income to us for some time, not like were spending much atm anyway, and confirmed cashed up from explo at scally without the additional warrants which are coming in all the time. Cash burn with only potential or without a major on board, sure, worried as hell as then we are just like any other company.BUT we have a gold discovery and prettyy much the best possible major in AUS who couldnt be keener. but then you know this, I tink you've been here longer than me lol

Christaberdies, it wont be the sam drill teams or rigs, we are fully cashed up to explore scally (just awaiting heritage clearances which I assume would need to be RNS's can anyone confirm?)

we can go for scally on our own and we were going full steam ahead to do that prior to covid, then covid has been the excuse ever since, until now, when it does appear that already or in the very near future, restrictions would be lifted, meaning to could be doing the aeromagnetics and getting the program started, god knows we have had more than sufficient time to plan the drill plan and surveys etc, we should be at the stage of just saying ok, GO at the moment the heritage clearances are received.

So if scally has been postponed until later in the year, my opinion is it can only be two things if indeed we get the clearences and dont start the exploration program,
1) Hav is literally so darn big, even the permitting and small amount of involvement ggp have is taking all their time,,hmm, unlikely, NC are paying for and doing ALL the work at HAV under the farm in. I doubt it can dominate all our time and much of the work should have been done, furthermore, it wontbe GH and CB in green shorts drilling themselves in any case.

2)So next reasoning, something is afoot , perhaps GGP have been approached by Rio on Scally and have had to offer NC first refusal, to which they have said ok, fine, lets do a JV and its being worked upon in the background..

Sure I am just starting a debate here, but I for one felt like there was now an intentional delay on scally, for whatever reason, or I am simply reading into that comment and as soon as heritage clearances are received, we will be beginning the scally explo.Mainly I am just hoping for some scally results to maybe tie in with the MRE and if we arent out then in the coming months that is looking a little less likely, Just spitballing thoughts, this time next year I am sure we wont have any of these things to think about and hopefully will be talking about production and new JV's in the patterson and about how we rose to become a billion dollar company..GLA

Right with you on that chippy, I think the only thing that will send us to 16p and beyond is huge intersections in those SW step outs increasing our footprint, otherwise if "just" another set of outstanding infill results, then usual pattern, but as with you, all expected, and I dont play the sell and buy back cheaper game cos ive tried and im rubbish at it, so I have a little spare and if the opportunity presents itself after results, I will continue to increase as i have done for the past 3 years. I do very much agree with you, the patterns are getting shorter, and the base is forming better and one of these results weeks, we will go up and stay up on the fundamentals, ofcourse the bankable feasibility study is the only time the asset will be actually added to our balance sheet, but MRE should see some stability.\

IM still intruiged about scally and wondering if I read too much into GH comment of later in the year as any significant strat change or just a comment of yes, its coming.

in all seriousness, do we have a maths wiss onboard (no teachers allowed) that could actually tell us what the likely distance away is for a decline, we should be able to work it out if its at a 10 degree angle, how long will it have to be to reach under 1400m, in the case of a block cave, as I understand it, then mine under it, then the cave drops down and then remove the ore, so they would need to be very deep to block cave at Hav,, so the next question is that its prob just exploration decline and sorry to say I have zero understanding of those or how they work, but the square would seem too far away for that. interesting line of thought however WF

Sorry to say but thats very unlikely, Im just hoping is continues its upward trajectory and we get those wonderful words once more, "drilling has further expended the footprint of mineralisation and the system remains open and depth and along strike to the NW, who knows, may even be open in other areas now looking at the satellite. The consolidation has happened, we at at our base and now await new, the great thing with GGP is its almost weekly and then abig one every 6 weeks.

The GG, perhaps you should look at whats down the road 45km away, and then maybe the hannam report detailing our capex costs at a inconsequential 10% of our market cap (even the 5% if we intended to use it, which we dont, confirmed by GH himself, would easily cover out capex with some spare.. I also dont want to go mining necessarily, but dont spout rubbish like the capex would cripple us, NO IT Wouldnt, quite the opposite, lenders would be biting our hand off to lend us 10% of our mcap for a proven potential tier 1 gold discovery. good post, but get your facts right please

Ye I’ve just put in a complaint,also thinking of leaving them HL been Dore this year and don’t seem to give a flying f, doubt my complaint will even be answered,also told by a friend he got an emails saying they had been hacked and to change his details,I changed mine incase and asked for details of any hack via my complaint! Not happy with them at all
