ok ive answered my own question by re-reading the JV/Farm in RNS.

For those interested, we will pay our share of costs for our proportion of anything that exceeds 20m USD in the costs of the feasibility study, which I assume would include the decline.

This interests me too, does anyone know when we will need to bare our share of expenses, is it the moment NC have spent 65m? or at the end of the PFS/? what happens in the event their drilling budget was ay 40m and they now intend to spend 60m, do we have to pay our share (will be a nice problem to have mind)
What about the exploration decline, this didnt form part of the JV stages etc, do we know how much one costs, who pays etc etc etc.. I do think this is the one areas of my research that is lacking so would appreciate any constructive comments in this regard as we continue to watch the Ducks Ducks Ducks

im not sure shareholders will get a vote if they offer only for HAV, only if they offer for the whole company , well thats my understanding, anyone here able to clarify?
