Some points I picked up researching this afternoon so thought I would share.

Some breccia intercepts many may have forgotten about. and one in particular ,as not many have been reported other than in the (grade smearing lol) full widths ,ALL of which are not included in Hannams estimates, really, these arnt included!!
• HAD042* returned:
o 124m @ 3.9 g/t Au and 0.21% Cu from 734m (mineralised breccia),
o including 17.3m @ 19 g/t Au and 0.62% Cu from 790.7m

The truth is, we really havent had much yet to get to grips with the varying and complex breccia zone, but I love the fact its not included in calculations with widths and grades like that!

The next thing I wanted to remind people about was HAD23 - remember how excited GH got about that. HAD 23 results returned 21m @ 10gpt & .74% copper from 665m down, now go and have a look at the 220m step out hole HAD66. Sure the grades arnt spectacular but notice the depth, we have only had the hole reported from 586m so still the rest of the hole to come and Had 23 gets interesting at 665m. Sure they prob don't exactly line up, but they do as far as step outs and results in that NW area.

Anyone care to highlight them in a map shown together? would be great to look at a scale map to show HAD23 and Had 66 together? We have only had two results from out to the NW as far as I am aware and both HAV hit as above.

I think thats exactly what they will do.

Sink the exploration decline down to the high grade, then begin the stoping operation to extract the high grade soil and truck it off to telfer, they could easily be doing this whilst slowly building a block cave underneath it for the bulk mining in 5-10 years. So unless I am mistaken, (and Hannam too ) then yes thats exactly what they are doing, going after the high grade first to speed time to production, then possibly even use that income for the project to easily fund its own block cave.

It is the only way we get near production in 2022, normally to get to production you are looking 10-20 years from the first drill

That is very interesting JDT, thanks. From what that is saying to me, its likely fair market value will be lower than any value placed on our 25% remaining as we would likely be able to take into account such factors as market or strategic considerations.

Not that I think our 25% is up for sale or anything, but if it were, I had assumed it would be valued the same as the 5%, that Valmin code if correct could suggest otherwise in my very humble blah blah blah

I agree its another positive duck in the line, but its very very far from confirmation we will mine HAV I am afraid.

SB had stated he would sink the decline tomorrow months ago, they have just finalised the Land use agreements etc so it exactly the time you would expect them to start looking for the brains to help sink it in line with their states timescales, I believe it will be the end of this years tho,rather than next.

This is exciting news, but its old. If you listen to the interview with sprotts chap Thurdoc , he says he has NEVER heard a major speak like this about a junior or be so confident they will mine, sure he states that may have something to do with Havarion value to teller, I think its that and our grade/size.

Make no mistake, this will be mined, but by god they simply cant go any faster than they are, our stage projects usually take 10 years easy, NC want a gold pour in 2.

I think what it is relatively safe to say is that they already have enough data to know if its economic to mine, even the lower grade is becoming more economical by the day with the gold price. The exploration decline is IMO to target the stoping operation and get the first gold out, not to see if we want to mine or not, but to fast track it.

None the less, taking nothing away from that find Schliemel, brilliant.

Patience is your biggest risk in this share, we will all do well to remember that. Someo f the lucky ones can draw strength from the patience they had back in the 1.6-1.85 range, let me tell you, back then,3p felt ways harder to achieve than 20p does not, that should tell you something.

That’s certainly what many lth hope for,but it is equally likely a big bod for the whole thing or a majority portion of it could be acceptable to those same lths,I think most don’t want the whole company bought out tho. That for me is the worst scenario although also possible (after MRE but likely after FS)

Doggy thats a very silly comment, lots can go wrong, but I share your excitement and confidence,, nothing can go wrong is a bit much tho! this is gold exploration, still very much high risk hence the high rewards

that cos we arnt a miner we are an explorer, very big difference , you are a bit like John Snow!

Wasnt suggesting they are being sold TMT, just that our share capital is ever so slightly diluted if today is the day they are issued and that we are holding up great as usual, hasnt made a dent from a dilution perspective

They could be referring to the high grade sulphide target as the priority over the breccia,or they could be referring to other targets in the havarion licence that form part of the tenement blocks

Brilliant find schlemiel, yes that also seemed a strange phrase. But you certainly don’t start hiring for those that may come up! The decline is being sunk,make no bones about it.

Hey Mushroom, Sorry it is ,just I had forgotten this point and I so wanted clarity this morning. I went and re read the farm in RNS and at the bottom in the full terms, it states for stage 4 that expenditure above 20m will be shared according to the proportions at the feasibility delivery stage.

So if they spend more than 20m, the requirement for stage four is to EITHER deliver a FS OR spend 20m USD, so that to me means if we have an over spend, we will be responsible for 30% of it.

So looking at this scenario, it can only be good if NC overspend (barring overspend due to another cause) as it will likely mean a larger or growing or even STILL undefined discovery. Add to this the price of gold in a years time, the fact that we will have a pre feasibility study in our hands, raising debt finance, doing a deal with NC for our 5% all sorts of options will be available for our 30% share. In effect it would be our Capex cost hitting us early.

So to that point, this is in my mind why we have Numis on Board, one of the best in the business at raising this sort of finance IMO, it will come sooner or later bar a buy out of HAV by NC.

Mushroom its just something I had forgotten and naively thought NC would just spend and spend beyond the 65m, lol. but now that I remember and have gone through the scenarios, its actually a positive if there is an overspend, NC know the geography and location fairly well and must have a good handle on costs of FS, so to my mind again if they over spend, its because of the mosterous size as they were planning to under spend, IE requirement to deliver a FS OR spend 20m USD the 20 mill is a cap on their 100% expenditure but I dont think they will have expected to exceed it at the time of the JV.

Anyway, may or may not be helpful to others, I just wanted to reinforce my own understanding on this point.
