Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Been in here since the elusive Gatwick gusher news broke, watched my initial investment drop 97% :-/ so have just topped up a small amount and doubled my holding lol. Hopefully we get a wonderful blue (with plenty of black gold) week and can restore lots of people's painful losses. Good luck everyone :-)
After reading that, it does sound like there might be a massive shiney light at the end of the tunnel. The way it comes across is that, FIN will be bigger and better than before, which would be great! But time will tell, hoping for the best for everyone :-)
Sounds promising ,

the pain in the testicle comment just made me giggle :) love the light heartedness. With regards to trolls im fairly sure the reason they spend all day on these boards is simply because if they were under their normal bridges, the police would arrest them for unnecessary travel due to covid restrictions :) anyway time for me to spend some of the half term with the kids, good luck to everyone holding - if you aren't holding, enjoy the show.
I was in the same school of thought - assumed he was clutching at straws and was going down the exploration route again instead of the production route (didn't we change into a production company a year or 2 ago!) but by all accounts the speed at which they are moving in turkey is a welcome break from the norm, hopefully it allows for this rise over the last couple of days, to hold rather than slowly drop over time like with the epic rise of the Gatwick gusher (I think that was probably before your time if you have only been here for a couple of years) I seem to recall someone mentioning that in Turkey its either written into law or highly expected that if you are exploring/drilling for oil, you need to progress asap so the Turkish government can get their hands on the tax revenue. *citation/clarification needed* So hopefully this fast pace continues and it does finally return something on a lot of peoples investments. that on top of the expected rise in the price of oil as the world manages to vaccinate itself and travel begins to take off again, we may start to produce (yay production!) which might actually help with some of the associated costs that always seem to crop up. I do hope we are at a turning point but you never know with any oil share so keep fingers crossed. Good luck :)
Ramper and derampers are as bad as each other - Research is king.
That's why the first 15 minutes are always so fun to sit back and watch. :)
@mrbrown - you do know that IQ is a measure of How people think and not an actual measure of how intelligent someone is? Probably best to research your generalised insults before making yourself look a little foolish in future.
no need to filter, just treat this board like soap opera :-) it's great entertainment with the morning coffee.
just to quantify I was IT for the Adviser firm! Im in no position to give advice so don't take it as such :-) its all assumptions from my end ;-)
It really depends on the IIs that are investing. I used to work for a Financial Adviser firm and you get all kinds of IIs just like PIs some will be taking a punt as a "risky" short term quick profit turn around. others will be investing for the long term sustained growth. without the names of the II's that are investing we can't really make much of an assumption, even then if we had the names they could have a short term and long term portfolios for their own clients to invest in. IMO the reason for the quick cash raise is either (1) they want cash on the books, if the flows go well so they can buy as much land as possible without worrying about finding cash. (2) preemptive land purchases before flow results, playing the true oil speculation game :-) (3) they have been offered a chunk of another one of the stake holders. The reasons for one of the other stake holders selling could be a multitude of reasons. other project expenses/company wages/court costs/bitter ex wives etc etc. At the end of the day we can't be sure until an RNS drops which i hope will be soon but you never know :-) hope it helps (it probably didn't :-( )
Who said flow rates would be presented today? Either i missed something or you are taking online comments as facts. (which is often a very bad idea ;-) )
Google shows the last reported trade. So it's possible it can show a delayed trade. Hope it helps :-)
morning :-) only 46.24% of shares appear to be available to public. Rebranding with a Blockchain focus could be interesting for the future. (they really could do with a better web designer though, their current site although useful, looks like it was made 20 years ago :-/ )
paid on HL
at 0.40 with HL ^.^ this could be an interesting on with such a low market cap.
So spotify is £120 a year. Roxi is £199 upfront then £52 a year there after. Fairly easy to see which one wins out over a 3 year period. You wouldn't possibly be a day trader/short term thinker are you?
are they trying to stop people buying? lol the MM's and they're order book games.
under 4million units would generate 777mill (unless my math is wrong. 777,000,000/199)
can never really be sure* (not share ;-D )
