Over the past 3 years I have been involved with 7 companies within the AIM space - After careful research on each I have invested what I was willing to risk - (good job, as so far I have had 3 dogs following; over promising, tongue in cheek "sales" comments from CEO's and one absolute after blatant lying) - hence, I am now considering if all the positive messages we hear, are messages that you can really make investment decisions on. I am a holder here and hope this will be a share that helps me to recoup my losses thus far, but I do have concerns:
* We have a letter of intent - not an actual contract of licence extension - is it really worth the paper it is written on?
* We have a CEO telling us about the "potential oil" we have found - is he another one of these over promising, over excited CEO's
* We have a share price that is estimated to be massively under value for the assets we have - why is it so low then? - does the market not see it in the same way?
* Is the delay a tactical move whilst they negotiate more % equity in return of us writing off the IOU notes?
* It went to 17p in January on no real news - now we have proven oil (allegedly) but we are down to nearly half of that price
* Is the share price so low because it is anticipated that we will need to raise again before we can extract oil from the ground?
Believe it or not I truly believe the prospects here are amazing, but I would love to have some open and honest debate on this thread (not ramping or de-ramping) to really question the investment opportunity
Sorry if these topics have been discussed at depth in the past
This thread, for clarity is just airing some of my concerns and observations - I am still keen on this share delivering and have no motivation to sell - just looking for honest and open views
Thanks in advance
