They may have bought the shares to enable their customers to then short the share. However on IG (my platform of course, but for a Stocks and Shares ISA) no one is shorting Catenae: all spread betting positions are long . Unless I suppose a large Spreadex client has requested a large short position?

The IG weekend FTSE100 is trading marginally up and so the lack of Brexit breakthrough doesn't appear to be negatively affecting the the market.

I sold out of this on Friday pm and took a lovely profit. If I can get back in on Monday with SP slightly up, flat or down I think I will. Def not going to be one of the wallies try to talk the SP down on here. I have morals, like the vast majority here.

Awesome, love this. Totally understand the sleepless nights but never regret taking profit and particularly if you can pay off your mortgage!

The US one was down loads yesterday, does anyone know why? If love 20%+ tomorrow but need to understand if this is a correction in US after previous day drop

Ah the ADR seems to be up so much as it tanked at close yesterday. It was trading over $3 yesterday and now at $1.8. No idea why it tanked yesterday but thats burst my bubble!

The ADR? Yes up 57% now right? Wow!
