Smudger, every village has one. Unfortunately ours has been here for 15 years, and is stuck waiting for 5p. I enjoy laughing at him, “always right” in at 5p and for 15 years. Glad my investments are always right like that. Priceless !!! You don’t have to wait long for the next laugh.
