Lots of selling but no price movement, waiting for you all to sell your shares cheap, won't move up until people stop giving their shares away!!!

The same reason, we dropped to under 3p last time Uk Coal was in the press about going into administration and we didn't have any part of them then!!!

Ken, We will find out next week whether all this press about UK Coal has had a negative effect on CRES. UK Coal has received a secret approach from Zamadini, a little-known resourses investor whose founder is linked to one of India's richest mining moguls.

Don't forget that NAV of 9.1p was end of 2013, think what we've developed since then, and will continue to develop

Harworth Estates has performed strongly in its first year of trading as an independent property development company. Net assets increased to GBP235m (2012: GBP222m) on a property portfolio value of GBP278m (2012: GBP260m). A return of GBP33m was delivered on the opening property portfolio of GBP260m, with GBP24.5m from increases in valuation at year end, GBP8.3m by way of profit on its GBP19m of asset sales in the year, and GBP1.4m from operating activities.

NAV 9.1p and only going to get better as we develop plots ;-)

pleare happy to sell @6p why move the price up?? remember there are a lot of shares around @2p people will be getting fed up and taking profits

MM need stock to sell at a higher price after the valuation becomes public knowledge, that's how they make their money. Not long now ;-)
