Hi Peaky
“and no forward plan put forward by the board if this proves to not be commercial”
Why would any exploration company worth its salt, come on AIM and at any stage of its evolution advise to the public it’s plans for failure to do what it is raising funds to do?
Undoubtedly a plan A and plan B, C etc discussed within the company but certainly not a public discussion? That’s why every company has a Corporate Risk Register but that is, in my experience, never shared publicly.
"so if not commercial and there's no dilution this side of ewt there's no where to go with company and defo no way to raise funds after as shares will be well back to 0.2p if lucky"
Why dilution this side of EWT – Company did the last raise to fully fund the EWT? They have been consistent in communicating this.
"so my point is does company know they don't need to raise further funds and commercialisation is nailed on"
No. The Company have also advised that funding they have was for EWT. However, they have also advised that funding required post EWT was unlikely to be from further placings but from loans, JV etc.
"as we know all exploration companies need to plan ahead for future plans and to keep the lights on"
I am sure that HE1 are no different. Not everything is, or needs to be in the public domain though.
Good luck though Peaky.
