I personally would not be too disappointed if HE1 held back on RNS/social media updates whilst the markets are as volatile as they currently are as any good new may get lost in the noise.

Thanks 5085 and HforH - So technically, it sounds like once we have drilled to TD and lowered whatever equipment is needed for appraisal, the rig can be moved, to other things including being hired out?

Or will it need to stay close to remove the equipment in ground that is being used for monitoring so it stays put throughout the whole EWT?

But it definitely said in the webinar, possibly even printed on one of the accompanying slides that the set up allows for rig-less testing.

The other thing that is causing me some further research, is just how valuable is hydrogen as compared to Helium. They make a lot of play on the hydrogen discovery and I wonder if we could become Hydrogen 1??

5085 - Interestingly, in the last webinar, Lorna stated that the Rig was available for further appraisal and exploration wells. What I missed at the time but having reviewed again tonight, she also said that the Independent surface well test (EWT), set up allows for rig-less testing.

Does that mean that the rig can be moved elsewhere once it has reached TD? Asking as I don't have the necessary technical expertise to understand/evaluate but just struck me when I listened back tonight.

What does rig-less testing mean?

Sleepy - Not word for word, but in last webinar, Lorna said that the EWT would "Plumb into huge potential resource area, so want to get the numbers right. It is not just about flow rates, its also about helium concentration itself; its about reservoir performance"

H4H We are on the same page and you will not get any arguments from me in that respect. I just wanted to address a concern raised by others and create a discussion point that given what she has delivered hopefully most if not all would agree upon. Trying to raise the positivity that goes with current Ops.

I have seen comments recently, (not just here but on other media), where people have been critical of Lorna as CEO as she is just a great geologist and therefore not a great CEO.

As a LTH I can understand that sentiment from some people who always want a polished business person at the front and centre of the business but I do not necessarily agree.

Made me reflect on my bosses throughout my 50 plus years in the military and commercial sector.

Certainly in the commercial sector, where I joined after 24 years in the miliary, then I can say with absolute certainty, the best CEOs I worked for had started in the warehouse and worked their way up and the worst were guys with great CVs, shiny suits, but no real understanding of what the business did and why it was there. I am talking FTSE 100 companies, AIM. privately owned and PE.

Lorna brings an abundance of expertise in her field and given what she has done and where she has led HE1 in a relatively short space of time then I presently have no complaints. Would have liked the recent raises done differently but Lorna and her number 2 have explained why it wasn't possible.

At this stage in the life of HE1 I think she has done a good job and gets my support but interested in the thoughts of others?

By the way, in the military, there were a couple of officers I would have followed to the end of the earth and back but most of the others I wouldn't have trusted with a map and a gun but I couldn't vote them out at an AGM!
