I am also of the believe that the placing shares have been flipped or are still in the process of being flipped.

Whilst some people will gravitate towards the "We are a global investor focused on event driven long term entry points", I gravitate towards the " and capital raising events" part of the company strapline.

As Blue Star are also an Australian company, I wonder if the farm in and raise transactions were interlinked and potentially dependent on each other?

Roger - There is a huge difference between questioning decisions and losing total faith or declaring something totally amiss.

I am naturally inquisitive and challenging as I have spent my whole life in jobs that require me to be so.

I question the recent placement and farm in as I still do not have enough information but I still hold and have faith in HE1 so not in your camp.

Please do not determine challenge as negativity as it is often quite the opposite and has served me well in the past.

One other important point to remember and I am quoting Lorna, so not personal opinion, is that the Blue Star deal is subject to relevant US regulatory approval, which if granted, is not expected until late September/early October.

So although we have raised the funds via another mates rates placing, the deal is not guaranteed but the legal fees involved are.

Just dealing with facts.

CCC - researched that and other avenues. It is all ifs buts and maybes. The potential income stream, if it comes off are pretty low at potentially $3million per annum based on what we are paying up front, so years before we get a return if it is commercial. Appreciate the board may know more but I/We can only base investment and decisions on what is released to us.
