Still much the same as my earlier post Lucky. No real change.
Just upgrading other pc so no access to L2 at the moment I am afraid.
Millenium appear to be acting as Investment Managers on behalf of Integrated Core Strategies
Either a prospective buyer or a big investor who knows that Black Seas Initial offer will not be the final price for this company. Will be interesting to see if sp is affected by this and other RNS today
Millenium Partners bought the 5 mill (and poss more) on Friday. http://www.iii.co.uk/investment/detail?code=cotn:RTY.L&display=news&it=le
I will paste the original agenda below..............I dare say it may have changed!! The board has announced that the company is proposing the following resolutions at an AGM to be held on 15th June 2009; Res 1. To approve and adopt the annual report and consolidated financial statements of the company for the year ended 31 December 2008 Res 2. To re-elect Ernst & Young LLP as auditors to the company until the conclusion of the next ordinary general meeting Res 3. To authorise the directors to determine the auditors remuneration Res 4. To re-elect David Allison as a director of the company Res 5. That in substation for all previous authorities, the company be generally and subject as hereinafter appears, unconditionally authorised, in accordance with section 315(1)(a) of the companies law 2008 to make market acquisitions of redeemable preference shares of no par value in the capital of the company and to cancel such shares or to hold such shares as treasury shares
As soon as I posted, the 1p bid arrived!! VWAP still better than normal though 5.15/8.65
Looking better than normal pre market opening. In recent weeks the lowest bid has always been 10,000 shares at 1p. Today it is 10,000 at 5.5p. VWAP is good on buys and sells too, 6.18 on buys and 9 on sells. GL
for some RNS's so we can get a better idea of where we are heading and how long to stay on the bus!!! GLA
Just had it confirmed that the server is down.
You able to get on iii today mate?
At least their shares moved on the news!!
A confirmed bid. Confirmed interest of other parties. 18 million buys. No real movement in SP!!!! This is the oddest share ever!
You are bang on and RTY have already confirmed that there are other bidders waiting in the wings. Looks like our patience is going to be tested again but at least there is movement and I think we can safely assume that Black Seas initial desirory offer will not be the final option. GLA

Thanks Mojo. If that is the case then I will certainly be holding them as I would take a hit selling at 6p
Havent had time yet to read and fully digest the RNS details but I assume the offer will be put to the shareholders? If so I cant see many of the large stakeholders taking a loss and selling at 6p. This pathetic offer must surely flush out more serious bidders!
Thanks Mojo and Billy. I agree it will be a waiting game now but just hadnt anticipated waiting so long. Have revised my strategy on this one but wish I had waited without investing and got in a bit later but hindsight is a wonderful thing as we all know! GLA
Could the sp be falling as it is at present because ordinarily investors/MMs would have expected some news by now?
