Has anyone had their dividend retracted? I logged into my Barclays Smart Investor Account and the dividend has been retracted leaving me in a negative balance

I'm with Barclays and didn't receive any notification from them, had to phone to register my vote.

I have spoken with Barclays who have said they will register my votes and forward them on to the EGM, no idea as yet what we are voting for, will this be published on the website?

Have you heard anything from Barclays my shares are held with them too?

I was told that we would hopefully see some development in weeks not months by Eran/Peterhouse, he is unable to give anytime frame, and what the development is likely to be I guess is also unknown. For me I just want to know when this will finally be back to the market and not just if there is a new director or something similar.

It is always worth calling Eran he is very friendly and as helpful as he can be.

Who were the shareholders who approved the migration to Guernsey at the summer EGM it seems none of us were notified of this meeting only rumours that it was taking place, the lack of transparency is concerning. I would have thought that knowing shareholders have been kept waiting for so long would have been reason enough to keep them up to date at the very least.

I haven't called as yet as though Eran is very pleasant and friendly he is unable to give any time scale, there must be some ruling as to how long your investment can be held indefinitely for so will look into this tomorrow

It was the end of last year, a couple of days before the website reappeared

I can certainly understand why people are a little tetchy but there is little point in firing off at each other, communication is the key to everything and we have had very sketchy info, how long will this go on for no one can say, it just gets pushed back a few months all the time and now some rumouring summer, then it will be end of 2019, I have spoken with Eran a few times but he can't give a time frame, is there a governing board which can advise on how long your funds can be tied up for?

Morning all, I spoke with Eran, still nothing to report, the standard listing is in process with the hold up still being that they must satisfy the Luxembourg requirements making it slightly more complicated than usual but he said there was nothing to stop this from being achievable.

If you go onto the team on the Peterhouse Capital website and click on Eran it will give you his contact details, yes I agree, being left completely in the dark with no news is frustrating !!

I spoke to Eran today, nothing new other than it is going through but they could not offer any dates as to when, also that it isn't them holding up the process. He did say that hopefully the website would be up and running sometime before the listing. He also sympathised with the shareholders and he too wants to see it move forward, if we haven't heard by the end of Dec he said to call again.

I too doubt I will get a reply from Gerwyn and Eran doesn't really give any news of any worth, not sure how long we are expected to wait.

I'm afraid I give up too, I cannot understand why a company of this calibre performs so badly, I appreciate that all oil stocks have been hit today but really!!
