Re-invent was all about Amazon and rightly so, they know what they’re doing and tossed a bone to their puppies. I appreciate the previous ceo shot for the skies only to realise he was a relation of icarus. The only value in this is to rip it apart, get the head count down to relative sales as this is going nowhere for years!!

The last director purchase was October 2nd 2020. Any senior management of any company cannot purchase shares during a “close period” they are clearly aware of the current plight of a company.
These are a few days or a couple of weeks. 14 months is a little past that.

Mr. Murdoch was appointed CEO on March 19th 2018
On Friday March 16th the share price was £19.12
The day he went “live” the price dropped to £10.11 that should have told us all we needed to know about his stewardship. Today we end at £3.45 and still his stewardship continues. Whilst I appreciate the difficulties encountered from the HP debacle. A monkey could have did this.
The market sentiment on this company will not change whilst this board in its current guise is at the helm. I’m flabbergasted some on this board don’t agree he should be sent packing. If this was a PE he’d have been sent on his merry way some time ago. He may well be a PE’s dream, he has overseen an imploded price which should be snapped up and sold off separately. Shareholders will get about 25% premium on the current price. Basically, last weeks price.

Sold Baltimore at around 50 odd pence and recall watching teletext in the morning watching it go up and up and I’m out! Was a young lad then.
Been the other way as was with Rbs as the worlds biggest bank. £20 - to 10p still now only at 20 odd p.
I learned very early that if a share goes down 90 % it can go another 90% to new lows.
Micro was down 87% from historic high now only 75%

The crypto line by someone is accurate. I do actually hold a few of these and have done for the past couple of years. Reminds me a bit like the dot com bubble of the late 90s with no real reason for the meteoric rises. Bought a few hundred pounds of three. Picked without much knowledge of them but was willing to lose the investment if it popped.
They have done well though I must admit I know little more than I did when first invested. Was the fear of missing out I suppose. I once bought a company way back called Baltimore technology for 7p and thought I’d missed the boat as it was 2 some weeks previously. Went to over £100. Dot com madness.

I offer no views as to how this will pan out however, I have no faith whosever In the board. Very large gaps between updates and when they do come they are drafted in what can only be described as a reluctant release and probably only compiled to satisfy the rules of the stock exchange. Stephen Hester (ex rbs and Rsa chairman) has taken over as chairman of easyjet. Wish he was here!!!

Same day micro -6.6 %
Market up around 1.5 % and micro down 1.5%

As mentioned by others, no director buys and for me the only good thing our CEO has done was exercise an option in April 19 and sold just under 300k of shares at north of £20. Good for him that should read.
He doesn’t give a hoot about share holders. Updates are short and offer no hope. The drift in this share is astonishing. Lth have been utterly screwed by this lot. Sadly, I one of them. I will be watching the 1pm presentation tomorrow. Don’t know what to expect but hoping for something to bounce this dog as we have been beyond patient.

Thankfully we had a lift in the price yesterday to soften today’s drop. Thought this share wasn’t as effected by covid as most. Obviously this is not the case and just loves to go south. I fear it would have lost £1 today if it wasn’t for the Vegas forum next week. I’m not expecting much from this either but would welcome any positive news from senior management. This share is turning me into Victor Meldrew and can only find negative from it. Must be the 60k loss... another 13 today.. perfect!!!!

Ok, it’s went up 10% today. Sadly, the drift has been so heavy it’s only taken us back to the price 1 month hence. This may well prevent slippage till the expected RNS, I hope so. I, as always have everything crossed in the hope the downward spiral reverses. Up £15k today but still a good chunk of change in the red on this one. I believe it’s under valued but will know soon enough. Been here for a good while and will ride it out. We will see!

Amazon misses estimate, still massive numbers however, AWS 39% growth for the quarter.
Let’s hope we are in on some of these deals?

Sorry OP, Nasdaq down 1% after Facebook, intel, Twitter, snap down around 5% mainly due to privacy policy on the table concerning ads. Considering the size of these giants and the bearing they have on the index I’d say it’s holding up well.
Tesla, Netflix, zoom up. No ads!
Micro bears no resemblance to any market and certainly no rhyme or reason to Nasdaq. By god I wish it did. We’d still start with a 5. I wish of there was more of a correlation with it.
