I am a massive fan that's why I bought in with usk and tidal.

However at the moment it is more of a burden. Don't get me wrong if they can work the tidal finances and support our and they push the arrays in P2 and 3 as well as AR6 in September then happy days.

The little issue in the back of my mind is not just cost but ensure that the turbines are producing energy.

We have had 3 turbines max in the water now for what seems an eternity. This is energy that is not being turned into revenue.

I think after looking at the website and the AGM Rns and the last RNS that the future is looking brighter now.

The more I read the RNS on the 7th of August and look at the turnaround and plans being hatched the happier I feel.

I feel this can only be another positive. The big cliff on tidal is the financing for the new turbines.

However looking at Bess and the initial 1gw (2gw+ with 4 hour batteries) this is the short term upside with money coming in with little in the way of cost to keep these turning over when you put it against an underwater 3mw turbine.

The income is still there for tidal and they really need the 4th turbine back in the water.

Then there is Meybess that again links to Meygen and other energy and is another cashcow.

As soon as the financing for Bess and Meygen is in place ai think that we would hopefully get a rebate as it shows confidence from the financial backer / institution.

The one unknown I would like to know is what are the other goals of SAE for the energy park at Usk?

Is there any other additional things that can be utilized at the Usk site. Do they have plans for other technologies at Usk or near Meygen.

Very positive and transparent giving a future plan and income for only the first of potentially 4 SAE owned and run Bess units at Usk.

Only my thoughts but like other projects one finance in place it is actually a quick return once batteries connected and the grid connection is made.

That is on 2hour batteries and not 4 hours which I assume from previous RNSs that they will be fitted at the first replacement period.

So £65m finance with £9m ebitda looks good.

Rollover to more Bess units over the next few years then the MCap will indeed look small and I am hoping that this is where the piggy backing of the technology and steady stream of income (that as we only know only goes up) will breath the life we need into the company.

Finances and business plans etc is not my strong or niche area but I do follow the technology and also that they have connection to the grid.

Link BESS in Wales with the potential steady income versus the minimal construction cost as the site and knowledge of the projects is developed then the upside just could maybe get better.

Have my views on the SP in the coming months. What I want and where it will be are always different things.

I have been on both side for SAE.

From Usk to Meygen and all the things in-between.

Looking at the last 12 months and SAEs recent news.

I now feel very confident with the ongoing tail wind that we should see the SP steady.

My main concern was little news but after the recent business update this has now given back the confidence I originally had.

I have just replied about ramping on this board and in an lighter tone although I still think a 10 bagger is not happening unless there is a massive news event and investment...

For those not happy at my new found tempered approach or that I am not a lover of chartists ...then just get over it...
