The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Not sure TFC leaving was good news or the update to the prospectus.
Shane as announcing yesterdays UK IM should have moved us upwards.
Not on Level 2 it was not.
But does it really matter, someone sold them and someone else bought them.
The 51 million was a sale thats not even in doubt. But on the flip side someone must of bought them.

I personally did not miss the document and it was pretty grim reading which probably accounts for todays mute response to what should have been a glorious day.
I have resorted to trading this the last 6 months or so with reasonable success but at this moment in time am 100% sticking and going back to being an investor and holding.
Think we been here too many times and people wary of being spiked.
Great RNS but we probably need a few more IM's and knowledge of who is funding us and if we get a big boy funder onboard then we will re rate for sure.
Depends what price they bought in at. Could be selling for 150% profit.
The split from TF was always going to be messy and was never on AZ's roadmap and was forced upon him by 2 very clever finance astute guys. You could see at the AGM it was upsetting to AZ whether that be financially or emotionally, probably a bit of both tbh.
It had to be done and the RNS is fluffed up and not great for SYME as TAG and TF benefit the most out of all of this. But it is what it is is and had to be sorted and the fact we have held the current SP is actually a relief.
Feels like a line in the sand has been drawn and Albert has AZ by the short and curlies and hopefully satisfying the charge is now next on the hit list. Then hopefully we can start to bring IM's online and move forwards with a clean slate as some of the dealings over the last few years have sailed a little close to the wind putting it mildly.
The numbers look decent but my bet is no monies will change hands and all just shuffling numbers around.
TAG and TF will do OK out of this SYME not so much for now but hopefully soon our time will finally arrive.
I would say TF has cost us more than we will recoup.
The whole thing has been a mess and we have picked up their losses and paid their salaries for almost 2 yrs.
Glad its now put to bed but to say that was a good news RNS is fluffing it up a bit, necessary but not a good look when a company wants to depart pretty much on their own terms.
What piece of today's RMS would you say was good news?
It was necessary news and useful to finally put the TF / SYME fallout to bed once and for all.
UK IM? That's what was expected today I thought.
While now knowing the details between the split it seems we have given up the entire APAC region to TF to WL?
Closure
Nice to have clarity and sure on TF but thought we were getting UK IM info by today?
Rocket - it was 1p ish after the RTO which we all know was way over valued and I also qustion why they required 30billion shares at that point.
But that is history and the SP is where it is because of where the business is at currently. If we were worth 1p then we would still be 1p and it might take another 12 - 24 months to hit 1p or we might never hit it.
If I knew the answers I would of retired yrs ago very wealthy.
I expect an RNS tomorrow and it may be that the IM has been completed but I am expecting it to say along the lines that all the required legal paperwork has been completed regarding the funding from the investor.
But with Albert on board we may get the full IM completed RNS.
Who knows with SYME.
"The Client Company has entered into the Commitment with the representative person of the UK StockCo to finalise the necessary definitive commercial agreements in relation to the Transaction by 30 June 2023."
Not sure I would pin myself to the mast. It may happen but that does not even mention IM so who knows.
The wording on the RNS is fluffy. Read it closely as does not say the IM will be completed by Friday.
Me personally thought Albert swerved the question about Directors not buying in but answered everything else with a straight bat.
And there can still be MM involvement in SETS, it not completely free of MM's whatever anyone says.
