I believe something is happening behind the scenes regarding the charge and IWEP shares being held hostage until AZ coughs up.

IWEP are holding the shares by way of a charge against TAG.

TAG is AZ private company where he holds his personal shares, IWEP is DW (eight capital and former SYME chairman)

Makes you wonder who Venus really is and who is receiving the shares in the background.

I have my suspicions.

Keep a close eye on the ECP General Meeting on the 18th as the IWEP charge is being discussed and hopefully a deal has been made to get it dealt with and DW gone or he becomes a major shareholder although less than 30% as stipulated in the RNS.

Its been a game of chess between AZ and DW and appears DW is more savvy than AZ and has his balls in a vice.

Venus hold zero shares, it said as much in the last RNS.

Venus is being used as a way to transfer shares to certain individuals and the end game is hopefully the IWEP charge against TAG is finally dealt with and we can move on.

100% they were AZ and has been confirmed by several investors who are in direct contact with him on a regular basis.
