I take you back to Aylward's involvement at Taruga Gold Limited. As at Kodal repeated fund raising exercises - mainly used to fund managements huge financial rewards rather than take any action to prove up the company's assets - lead to an ever decreasing share price meaning that successive placings became more and more difficult.Although not OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED AS THE REASON the Directors agreed to take their salaries in SHARES rather than CASH until the company's financial position improved.I did ask Aylward in our private email whether he would entertain the same situation at Kodal to which he gave no positive reaction but instead stated that he, among others, did indeed forgo 50% of their salary entitlement.Official Taruga documents state this as NOT being the case but it is striking that Aylward didn't mention this topic in his reply to daz !! As an aside that particular person joined goodflyingduck on my filtered list so that no more of their utterances could be seen or replied to.
So if Aylward is re-elected to the Board at Kodal Minerals then why would he and his fellow directors not accept payment of their salaries in SHARES rather than CASH as this expense seriously depletes cash resources at Kodal ?

To cut to the chase these are the main questions that I believe should be put to and answered by the Directors
1) Due the precarious cash position Kodal finds itself in will the Directors agree to take payment of their salaries in shares
rather than in cash until the cash position at the Company improves ?
2) Kodal has been negotiating an "extended off take agreement" since MAY 2017.Since Qingtao Zeng is not only a
member of the Kodal Board but is also the representative of the other party involved why has this agreement to extend
from 20% to 80-100% taking so long to reach fruition ?

If the necessary scoping study has not been performed then why not ?
3) Following on from above why has our Director Qingtao Zeng not been able to finalise a Pre-Payment Loan for Kodal
similar to the one signed at Core Lithium as this loan (paid for from future production) could put a floor under the share
price and alleviate the funding problem ?

4) Following their recent mention in a Kodal announcement having been largely ignored for months are the Company
considering the sale of their Gold Assets to provide the Company with much needed financial resources ?
5) If the above is not being considered where does the Company expect to garner these much needed financial resources
from as the last catastrophic cash raise appears to have ruled out the equity placing route in the present climate ?

First of all may I tender my apologies to all GENUINE shareholders here for my absence over the last two days.I was seriously shocked by how low Aylward stooped to keep his job at Kodal Resources.To throw all common decency out the window and go against all forms of etiquette and basic manners to quote my name WITHOUT PERMISSION in a letter to a third party knowing that that person - what exactly is the relationship there anyway ? - would proceed to post that information on a public forum is despicable to say the least but at least it does show the quality of the man. I have since realised that Aylward is rattled because he knows that the details that I have found regarding his past are true so he has tried to get me rattled and make this personal which it is not.FOR THE SAKE OF ALL SHAREHOLDERS AYLWARD NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.I have researched many Directors of late and practically all of them have skeletons in their closets but Aylward has by far the most so I don't want my finances to be decimated if he is allowed to continue in a position where he can wreak havoc.Make no mistake if shareholders apathy means that he is re-elected to his current position and if those same misguided people pass the resolution to give him the power to allot FIFTY PER CENT MORE SHARES WITHOUT PRIOR CONSULTATION he will do so in a shot.As mentioned by another poster I believe he is in London early to arrange the next placing but ask yourself where is he going to go to get it ? In the last placing he trawled the depths to find the likes of SVS Securities who you will recall were found to be less than honest in their dealings with their clients monies so I would have thought that anybody of higher class than bucket shops and death spiral loan companies would be totally disinterested in touching Kodal let alone finance them. Aylward's previous backer and close acquaintance Steinepreis may be interested at 0.01 pence a share via his Pelamis Investments vehicle but where else is he going to get finance ? The Chinese ? Don't make me laugh as they would not even take SVS's entitlement up and they were NOT against any ceiling on their holding either !! So in answer to a question put to me during my absence from the BB I believe on Aylward's re-election and the allotment of shares confirmation I think the share price will see a further markdown after he announces the next funding exercise at maybe 0.025 pence a share (entailing a huge number of new shares hitting the market) leading to a further markdown before the next funding requirement involving another MAMMOTH amount of new shares hitting the market meaning more hardship for SHAREHOLDERS but not for the Directors.So can this sequence of events be stopped ? Yes it can be.Even after Aylward's re-election ? Yes but would be far more difficult. I will go exactly how in my next post but I must first comment on how somebody has had another of my posts taken down.The post had FACTUAL information WITH LINKS so why remove it ?

Aylward's comments that he was no longer at the Company and in no way responsible is totally irrelevant.
The wrongdoing took place "on his watch" when he was a Director of the Company so he is still very much "on the hook."

Incidentally this behaviour of being "economic" with the truth and non-disclosure continues to this day but more of that later in another post.
I apologise for bringing this seemingly unconnected matter to this board but having my integrity questioned on a public forum needs to be addressed and THE TRUTH uncovered !!!!

You have my permission to post my findings anywhere that you see fit as we MUST oust the top management here starting with the re-election of the top man at the forthcoming AGM. And failure to defeat Resolution 7 - permission to allot 50% more shares - will be catastrophic for private investors. As I say it will be tantamount to turkeys voting for Christmas !!

Looking further into the detail of African Gold Limited you find that Mohamed Naire became their In-Country Manager when the acquisition was completed and details of his previous employments were noted in the Prospectus

So Naire appears to have followed Aylward around and been employed as In-Country Manager at International Goldfields Limited,Taruga Gold and now Kodal Minerals PLC so seeing Aylwards various dodgy deals at close hand and even seemingly learning the lessons and now sprung a dodgy deal of his own at great personal loss to the Kodal Minerals shareholders.

This is very strange as it was on this very point that they so nearly received an official censure for the dealings of the various "controlled" companies in Azumah Resources Limited.Clearly this confirms the shady intentions of dealings undertaken by all of Harper's controlled companies.
I honestly thought that dealings between Aylward and those "controlled" companies were historic but this 2019 Bambara deal shows that the dodgy connection is still very much alive and kicking still to the detriment of Kodal shareholders.
The only way it can be finally put to rest is with the ousting of Aylward from his position at Kodal and I implore all shareholders to follow me in voting to NOT re-elect him at the forthcoming AGM as well as voting NOT to give the Company power to allot shares in the coming year.Have you seen the level of dilution they are asking shareholders to approve ? Turkeys voting for Christmas will happen unless shareholders vote down the Board's request.

The trouble with having such a downright dodgy CEO as Bernard Aylward is that the same trick gets repeated over and over again involving the same individuals but using different front companies.The recent discovery of the Bambara Resources SARL scam is just a rehash of the events I pointed out in my research previously posted - selected highlights are as follows :-
In 2011 Taruga Gold Limited was incorporated with Bernard Aylward as the Executive Chairman/Managing Director.

Taruga was established to purchase rights to four exploration projects in West Africa. The purchase price was the allotment of shares to the value of A$1.25 million to vendors Matlock Geological Services Pty Ltd and of A$2.5 million to Redstar Resources Limited and associates.After negligible follow up work each and every one of these projects were found to be worthless and were summarily dropped.Now as many of you know Matlock Geological Services is Aylward himself and the project had already been explored and dropped as being financially unviable by another exploration company which brings an air of suspicion to the entire affair.Moving onto the other vendor it can be seen that it is registered on the Isle of Man

As for posting now in recent days and weeks some posters seem to have adopted a Bernie worship type of stance and others have installed their own stamp on events.One particular post if my memory is correct stated that the contractor sacked for DANGEROUS work practices after a YEAR was actually sacked because the quality of their work was not good enough. Two completely different criteria that should not be compared to each other.

ARahim - I will say again. My problem is not with the project but with the man that controls the purse strings and will be placing shares at some point very soon to continue his gravy train existence. He is taking huge amounts of cash out of our coffers and continually missing progress targets by months.The Environmental report is four months overdue and it took him a year to see (or more likely be told considering the lack of denial) that a contractor was working DANGEROUSLY on site.
He has his fingers in too many pies and should either give the other jobs up or leave
