This has been going on for months. Remember the present deal signals that Canmax only wants the lithium and don't particularly care who owns the mine as long as they get the lithium. Therefore Premier "is in play" and still susceptible to a takeover from another miner. Remember there was a situation recently of Peel possibly collecting shares up for a prospective purchaser that did not want to declare their interest for fear the share price might explode ? This story was never disproved and since Canmax has so far not moved to secure ownership of the mine perhaps somebody else is building their position for such a move ? All guesswork I know but stranger things have happened.

The often used quote that directors interests are aligned with their shareholders could not be further from the truth than in Angus. Since the pairing of Hollis and Lucan came together in early 2019 they have presided over the issue of 3.1 BILLION shares of which they have taken around 2 MILLION shares and paid themselves over £1 MILLION in salaries. This unfortunate trend has continued with the recent appointment of Herbert who as far as I can ascertain holds ZERO shares. Perhaps this is why there is no list of directors holdings in the Annual Reports nor on the AIM Rule 26 Page which is the norm for quoted companies. They have been granted some share options which have so low an exercise price and have such a long "shelf life" that they are virtual freebies. Undoubtedly the pair are better than the dodgy duo of Tidswell and Vonk that preceded them but the size of their own financial involvement - a paltry £20K - is a concern. Indeed one has to wonder whether Angus is simply a vanity project for them. Even if the shareholder's Eureka moment of a takeover happened here the management with their lack of "skin in the game" would gain comparatively little financially whilst losing the security of their job - especially important at Hollis' time of life and of course their salary !!! This situation should not be allowed to continue so perhaps they could be persuaded to take their salaries in shares rather than cash which would probably incentivise them more to get the share price higher ?

The good news is that the party trying to stop this share going forward - whoever it is - has had to dump another near 13 million shares to head off the latest assault. Notice the rash of 2 million and 2.5 million share dumps around 08.30. Unfortunately for them the buying continues !!!

After seeing sales of 500,009 then 1,000,000 and finally 499,991 shares does this indicate that the verminous parasite is out ? I believe in its last rant that it had still got 2 million shares left so its subsequent departure to the other site and its apparent bashing of the company suggests it has left presumably to get a cheaper re entry price. Let's just hope this conman fails and leaves these shares forever.

Trouble is I am a 67 year old expecting soon to become a "Bank of Mum and Dad" to fund my daughters house purchase so I am probably wanting it to come good sooner than the three year target !!!

Trouble is they are not holding though are they. Certain posters including myself keep adding but others are just dumping. By the time of the famous board meeting on 18 May the share price might be uncomfortably close to 0.1p. News needed desperately before the meeting

This is why selling at this time should be banned for ALL directors. Any forward movement in the share price is being nullified by his selling and it's a load of b*ll*cks saying it's for "tax reasons"
