Slight correction - Shouldn't be 'between June and now' its from the '1st July to now'. Just so someone doesn't get confused. Hope you didn't mind me stating this? :-))

What is spoken about in the Annual figures is as at 30 June 2019! The funds raised later in the year by GGP are not included by them! The balance ie £2.2m is as at 30 June. Nothing more nothing less!

Think of the value Greatland will have if they own 25% or 30% - 250m or 500m

Correct - and they do have the option to buy a further 5% of the site at market price!

I thought there may have been a comment about moving from AIM to the main market!
