Re copied as bits missing.
Tellurian's RNS walk of shame.
10-09-2019 zero plus 275,988,960 = 275,988,960 = 4.34% **no crossing 4% RNS issued**
by 21-11-2019 had sold 75,988,960 (approx. 1.0m per day) = 200,000,000 = 2.99% **no crossing 3% RNS issued**
07-01-2020 say that by 31-12-2019 morning had sold 67,677,740 (approx. 1.7m per day) = 132,322,260 = 1.90%
07-01-2020 also say that later on 31-12-2019 plus 331,125,828 = 463,448,088 = 6.33% **those shares are not admitted to market until 08-01-2020, the holdings RNS should be issued afterwards**
07-01-2020 Also implies that by the end of 31-12-2019 the resulting holding was 331,125,828 = 4.52% **which falsely implied 132,322,260 shares were sold in a half days trading**
If you interpret it as meaning the holding at 07-01-2020 was 331,125,828 = 4.52% that would imply selling at (approx. 18.9m per day) which looks high.
If they could sell at (approx. 18.9m per day) then they would clear the implied 331,125,828 by 25-01-2020.
They should issue a corrected holding RNS in a couple of days with there actual holdings.
