We have the reason why it was suspended (RTO) So it should be soon we have the RTO circular and lifting of suspension.It would make sense to remain on NEX for the short/medium term to give some protection.A couple of years to recover is better than having a total loss written off.I feel a new round of see you in court batches and tee-shirts being printed.Very few expected to see this turn around.

forrejam I'm sorry but I can't help you with regards to trading on NEX as I've never done it.You may find it becomes easier in the short term if positive new releases continue.It will be interesting to see how it opens when suspension is lifted.At least you may start to see your loss decrease

looks like it might be announced at the same time as the suspension is lifted.That could come any day after the last 2 news releases changed the outlook here.More chance of getting your money back this way than a non existent court case. . Good luck all

wanted the e-voucher system to work but corruption is still severe in Africa and e-voucher was disrupteducated and hampered at many levels.News coming thick and fast now so lifting of suspension shouldn't be far away.Winnifrith is raging!!!
