Having trouble with the prosecution case I believe.I think they say it is without merit . The Court in confirmed that “totally without merit” means “no more and no less than 'bound to fail'”.

just a different value and trading on a different platform.We should be able to see a value when the RTO circular is released.That might come at the same time as suspension is lifted.I imagine quite a few would want in at theses levels. . Just have to wait and see.I don't think it will be too long now that AAH and AAX have been announced

Have 4.9M shares in issue but how much will they be worth after the RTO? . AFPO mkt cap only £0.5M and so could make for a very cheap RTO with AFPO holding a 21% share of AAH and Lac Dinga farmed out to AAX (conditional) . Certainly looking better than 6 months ago
