Surely Bo must be having a drains up on everything - I know I would especially if I owned 6% of the shares.

If that's the case perhaps we can expect a fullsome update in the next few weeks - project updates, clear strategy, budgetary control, cashflow, possibility of a trade sale etc.

All basic stuff but imo important to draw a line under the the previous Chairman's tenure.

As a £7.5m company can we have any real influence anywhere? I doubt it.

If EG is unsuccessful Bo hopefully will recognise that carrying on as a separate entity is pointless and call it a day.

Someone will want the Wressle income but sadly for Will and co. not our highly paid directors.

Stuart was recently removed from the BOD - perhaps his days are numbered.

Bo will certainly will understand his duty to shareholders.

I am looking for increased integrity, better reporting and you never know - cost cutting.

Well that's very good news - imo the vote at the last AGM should have meant the immediate departure of the Chairman.

Bo's appointment has certainly improved my confidence here.

Although they have changed their year end they have to hold the next agm within 15 months of the previous one.

Ok the next agm is way off but if EG is a flop the BOD imo better start packing their bags.

I voted against the reappointment of all the directors at the last agm and my shares were used in trying to force the failed egm.

Why don't I sell? My holding isn't worth a great amount now and I suppose it's become personal - which is a shame.
