So it looks like Paul Haywood / admittedly from Antler is a man of straw who had access to the EG-08 licence. I wonder how Antler are spending "our" $2m cash? Surely eog could/should have provided some sort of cashflow - after all it is a very material sum for a £5m company.

Not liking the look of this.

Antler's 31/12/23 accounts were filed with Companies House on 20/12/24. There are 2 directors - WH (appointed 20/12/23) and P Haywood. Total equity is $3m which is basically our investment in Antler. Antler was worthless before the arrival of eog monies. Antler has made a $1,017,625 investment in the licence for EG-08. We won't know a lot more until Antler files its 31/12/24 accounts which are due by 30/09/25.

Ok we have a new chairman - but have moved from fairly constant communication to absolutely zero which is strange.

So imo something major must be afoot. Probably not fantastic news in terms of enhanced value but at least we have Wressle unless they decide to sell it ....

And then what - not looking great for us pi's - hope I'm wrong.

Brightfuture I accept that . But after Serenity and a probable failure of EG WH imo will certainly get a red card and we still have the Wressle income - and a value.

The only thing that keeps me here is the Wressle income.
