How long does the High Court have to refuse or accept Waverley’s request for a judicial review on the SoS decision re: Loxley. I believe it was approx. 6-7wks ago that the request was made to the high court.

3rd June 2021 Angus had secured funding, so from that earliest point lets say just over a year. But remember we were still in the midst of a pandemic, and of course lessons will have been learnt - hint hint ;-)

Funding and liquidity

Esken expects to have cash and undrawn facilities of c.GBP50m at close of 31 August 22, including c.GBP10m of ring-fenced facilities at LSA. Taking into account the above developments, the Group's year end forecast headroom is tracking broadly in line with management expectations set out at the time of the refinancing. The business is in discussion with a number of debt providers in relation to replacing the undrawn RCF facility of GBP20 million which expires in February 2023 and to provide medium-term debt facilities to meet the funding requirements of the Group. Esken intends that these discussions will be concluded ahead of the interim results which are scheduled for early November.

"this particular development" - sounds like UKOG are being targeted more for personal reasons than anything to do with climate change - I think Ms Finch should choose her words extremely carefully.

Esken was in auction for the last five minutes of trading - My order to purchase £2k at the full offer price was not filled.
