Art - many on here were predicting the next placing to be around the 0.06p mark, expecting the sp to drift down to that level from the last placing price. In fact some were saying that SS would not even be able to raise more funds.

The fact that he has taken advantage of the rise in sp, which was a result of Ms. Truss's anouncement, and raised at the same level as last time is good news.

If this drops to the placing price it won't be for long.

Do you really believe Ms Finch's (FINAL) Appeal to the Supreme Court will be successful considering the change in sentiment (for a few years) away from green energy - Remember Ms Finch has already lost 2 appeals.

Also with regards Loxley, do you really think Leigh Day Solicitors will be successful in overturning the SofS's decision - extract below with regards their reasoning.
