Tajikistan – Aprelevka Update

Production Update

The Company wishes to update its report on gold production at the four Aprelevka mines for May 2024 given in the announcement of 4 June 2024 where the production had been estimated based on a calculation of throughput and grade. Following completion of the smelting, the actual production for May 2024 showed an increase from 933oz as had been estimated to 1,059oz – significantly higher than the April production of 805oz and March production of 643oz.

Whatever, the market likes the RNS and not the ambiguous translation rumours ;-)

The reorganisation affects in no way the ownership or running of the mine, should achieve new efficiencies in working practices, substantial cost savings, and is in the interests of the Company and its shareholders as a whole.

Demo - I thought the same with HE1 - got in right at the bottom with £10K - sold with £20k profit - if I'd left it a few more days I would have made over £150K - name of the game really, but I don't blame you for taking a profit ;-)

Currently 20% down, however if/when the sp gets back to 0.17p I will be in profit by £3k.

The warrant deeds (between the Company and the respective counter-parties - the holders of warrants) have been varied, such that the exercise price of the 2021 Warrants and 2022 Warrants is reduced from 11 pence and 5.5 pence respectively to 2 pence.

The 2021 Warrants and 2022 Warrants will then be exercisable at the earlier of (i) the five day volume weighted average price of Ordinary Shares attaining 4 pence or (ii) 12 months following First Admission or (iii) a takeover offer is announced for the Company. The reduction in the warrant exercise prices was agreed with all the warrant holders and from the Company's perspective, there will be a higher probability of receiving additional funding from the exercise of these warrants as the share price appreciates and the warrants are 'in the money'.
