I am very pleased to welcome Chad to the Alpha Growth leadership team, his skills and experience further strengthen our capability and will allow us to supercharge the growth of our Fund business. We expect to announce a significant development within our Fund management business within the month. I also look forward to positively updating investors on our Guernsey acquisition by the end of this month.

-Fund management development within month, this can be interpreted 2 ways. (but news was delivered end of sept).
-Guernsey aquisition - It states end of month, meaning September end. In that sense it is imminent. (if not overdue now)
I can understand some buyer waiting for this news to drop, but you could be paying well above the odds.

Hi, I just noticed that now that you guys nention it, seems common here, mentioned here before, why is the MM doing this, confusion or other underlying reasons?

One of the few stocks that could potentially break into new highs in 2022.

All in all a highly mature, satisfied BB with today’s RNS, with plenty to look forward to and chew on. Could see proactive follow up interview, next week.
