Agree a lot of unanswered questions at the moment, after sudden suspension, pinaccle may have a legitimate reasons for the extension, we don’t know just yet. However the big question why they failed on drawdown to amte?
Which party or indivuals are at serious fault, and who is the guilty party?, and DD on both sides is questionable.
Let’s hope for all honest UK shareholders suspension is lifted, the deadpans on here are all green, and rightly so, add no value on any bb’s.
Will FRP deliver and find AMTE a worthy buyer in time?, The good news is the busness price is very low, and the product and technology is in growing in global demand as EV market accelerates to the next phase of mass production. We are not CINE, where cinemas are not as popular in 2023, and $4.5bn burden of debt.
On a serious note, lets hope the FRP have a list of big names, deep pockets who could kick start a bid for the business and rapidly saving many jobs and a comuunity in scotland. FRP are good in this business, lets give them a chance to deliver for shareholders.
