i can see any logical reason for the company to pay a dividend 114 % at current price
as for people mentioning that the said the dividend will go head ,well i hope it does but whats said today isn't all way going to happen .
putin said he had no intention of invading Ukraine ?

didn't expect such a big drop again especially after yesterdays drop

the risk here seems to be a possibility of cancellation of dividend or delsiting
but some say well worth a punt if you can afford to take a loss
