I expect Texas to be finished ahead of schedule too. No reason why, other than PW and the team are bang on it and I’m confident they’ll pull the necessary strings to make it happen as soon as is humanly possible.

Even at 100k USD for BTC EOY we’ll still be in the £7.50 range or so I think. As you say though the all time high isn’t likely to be EOY, the hype of NASDAQ/Texas completion is likely to push us into double digits at some point. Once those immersion figures sink into investors heads 2022 aswell, then we’ll really be cooking on gas. I think a lot of people underestimate immersions importance. When anybody says 30% improvements on the rigs, they’re being conservative imo. They can be (apparently) ran so much harder safely because of the far superior cooling.

RC that’s pretty much in line with what I’m hoping for too, I think it’s going to be a very exciting end of year assuming bitcoin keeps on course as expected and we have no serious issues with the Texas facility.
It’s all the spare land that really intrigues me with that place too.

RC £2.85 is still a 10-15% discount IMO. Curious my friend, what is your end of year hand on heart prediction?

A black swan is my only concern. (Bitcoin beingdouble spent or a fire as mentioned above that cripples us as a business.) In the long term I think our income from mining bitcoin will proportionately shrink to the rest of our income, although still play a massive part. The HODL is underestimated too imo.

The Chinese certainly do it, whether it will continue in years to come is another thing, it is a still readily available asset but as the hodl increases, who knows?

In theory it’s possible but I’d imagine once regulation takes hold (complete acceptance in the financial sector accompanies this) it would be prevented, it’s a fair point and one I’ve considered myself, I do think that although somebody theoretically could do this short term, it would kill their long term ambition.

Bitcoin statistically out performs any other asset, the method (volatile) surely isn’t important, especially as it’s growing less and less volatile..
