Dagger I think there are a lot of variables, EM hasn’t helped but neither has regurgitated Chinese FUD (fear uncertainty doubt). The other thing to consider is that your average retail investor may buy shares or crypto with money they need back at x date.
Sometimes they have to cave to the pressures of circumstance and sell, the problem comes when panic sets in en masse. Institutions want these coins and will encourage dips like today too, it’s likely orchestrated beyond our understanding. Any retailer coins sold today will now be in sticky hands. I could be wrong but this feels as though we’ve turned a corner. This is normal for crypto, we’ve seen it all before and although I wasn’t personally involved at the start of bitcoin or even in 2017, it’s easy to look back and see the rewards of those that hold on for dear life and buy the dip. Nobody knows 100% for sure and there will always be speculation about days like today. I feel ok though.
