As shareholders will understand, the priority is to release TallyTM prior to relisting the Company. The admission process shall re-commence following the public release of TallyTM and therefore the board anticipates the Company's shares will recommence trading in the summer.

Lets wait for the Launch , and then see if this transpires ?

I emailed Ralph about name change and relist etc , and he replied pdq, Obviously Couldn't Give Any Specific Details , dates etc, but judging by his reply , relist is definitely IMHO going to happen .

yes you could be correct , and they could be devious and keep it as a private company, but I cannot see it , CP, Ralph and Co would have their reputations very tarnished ! in the financial world.
I see a launch before May and a relist in June .
yes communication with us shareholders has been shite ! no updates on the other parts of Lion mines etc !
but I only hope this is due to their effort to get Tally fully functioning for Launch.

why dont you comment on the product , surely as a forensic accountant, you could perform a surgical analysis and pass on some of your long term gleaned knowledge in this field. ?
