The placing of shares reduces the share price absoloutley but not neccassarily reduce the companies wealth
The SP will hover around the last placing price .2/.24
I expect those shares to be bought into at this low price at least by traders who see value in a spike on the back of the commingled flow and hhz2.some will be bought by people like me closing the gap either to exit or make serious money

The price will rise to .35/.4 in the next cpl of weeks where it will held by the remaining ya conversion
If we get past the ya conversion then we may see some good gains and so a decent price for a raising of funds in the late autumn which we all know will be needed so no advice from none holders required
I strongly believe that good flow rates will ensure the autumn raise could be by rbl .
If it is placing t will be well bought into on good flow rates
In short it's not the volume of places shares holding the company down it's the value of the last placing which unfortunately was needed to bridge the shortfall bought about by late SCC decisions,codid ,water ,and poo
I actually hope we dont waste funds going to iow etc and simply put in another horizontal or two

When commingled 500 to 600 bpd we holders are fingers crossed for or actualy in my case believe it will be

What people cant stand is the fact that it is now a fact 300bpd from HH1
We all know as stated the commingling of the Portland in hh1 and the kimmeridge is still to be done
Was the 300 from Portland or kimmeridge we do not know
If it was from the kimmeridge we would be happy

Commingled we know along with efforts to also improve flow we will be getting news that the well is producing 500 to 600 bpd

I can not wait for that to be a fact recorded in and rns and we move on

All this talk of cln ,share dilution is already built into the price it was built in almost as soon as the e d of last year and its built in again after the loan this week
This is without any more loans our companies low or approx .2 depending on issue of shares at that value
It wont drop 200% just because we have shares coming onto the market as they just wont be allowed to be released for percentage reasons within the contracts
Any way these shares will be bought up by holders and those that see potential in the ergonomic growth of the co pany

I think from the position we were in before the shut down the only thing we could do was open up the Portland horizontal as much as we can and this is the output 300 plus barrels a day
People are not reading between the lines this is the new confirmed flow rate of the Portland horizontal as the state they have not set up the commingled lines
Add the kimmeridge lets say 600 bpd and then get the EWT complete on HHz2 and we could be looking conservativelty at 1200 to 1500 total given they have already mooted 700 from the horizontal
They had 2million at least in the coffers and probably could not negotiate rental cuts on equipment on site so were forced to buy .They have a forecast to ergonomic growth and the purchase of equipment as lowered the cash in hand to see them to that point
I'm obviously trying to see a chink of light in here definately not ramping and if you buy at these costs then you need to do your own reading of the rns and some thinking outside and inside the box
