Refinance/capitalise the interest and then start to use the profits and equity to make acquisitions would be my approach now.

If CEO decides to start deal making again after bedding in the last lot of businesses, which will now have annual t/o over £70m then we could get a significant rerating, digitisation is happening on a big scale now so prof. Service co's exposed to this should be benefitting. This is tightly held so will be volatile as mm's try to free some stock up.

Exactly. I've been adding for 2yrs+ now, nothing like this in the markets. Iot is the future and DA have huge global partners and patented technology. Unicorn in due course imho.

The rapid growth in value for DA probably means it is being lined up for a US unicorn style listing, the new investor will have the full road map.. 12-18 months?? But with more US investors in DA I expect the PR to Bevin fill swing now. Tern sp will have to play catch up at some point...

next week should hopefully reveal more of their relationship with DA, are we set to see a new partner/product launch or investment even? With new data regs coming in the big boys will be wanting to offer compliant security which can offer data shredding/right to be forgotten products etc

DA are positioning themselves to be exposed to the maximum amount of devices in IoT for the next 20-30 years ahead.. once embedded you don't come out or be changed quickly so this will be worth £££££££££ when coming to value DA on any buy out deals, if you multiply bn's of devices by ££ per device per annum and discount for the next 20 years+ I'm sure it will come up with a big figure... AWS, Comodo, Digicert, Intel, Dell etc are all leaders in their field, if we help secure the leaders that demands premium pricing imho.. Unicorn perhaps?

Still researching Multos, simply massive, the potential is huge and adds another potential 32 partners straight onto our existing 26 shown on the website. Some of those banking giants will have huge bases of card terminals needing additional security. What's next from Team DA ??

With working sites and an impending water crisis in India it should be easy for MWG to sell its tech, I wonder how many big water cos/industrial conglomerates there are in India that could be potential JV material. With the opportunities so vast the quicker we develop routes to market to take advantage now the better. Better to give up x% to secure more deals than to miss out on them. Gla
