mm's really are in a bit of a hard place now, benrnard Matthews stock all gone. do they risk a shake bringing in more buyers or move it up and risk bringing in more buyers ? decision decisions. hence try and hide real trading..

I would hope the target will have its own patented ipr etc, best to spend a bit of time at the beginning to confirm as long as doesn't risk scuppering any deal..

most exciting tech in 20 years, hopefully won't be long before they choose a target.
